GUEST ACCESS

You will have full access to the entire property, including the driveway, which is large enough to accommodate 4 – 6 vehicles.

For your convenience and flexibility, we provide self check-in for guests via a lock box located on the front door. The code will be sent on the day of your check-in.

This property is tucked up on a small hill and is partially hidden in the woods. Look for a brown cabin located at the corner of Heather Lane & Barker Road (~ 50 yards on the left when turning onto Heather Lane).


OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE

✔ Winter access & road conditions – Roads are plowed regularly, but we are located in the mountains; a 4-wheel drive vehicle is strongly recommended.

✔ Parking – 4 – 6 vehicles can fit on the driveway. Parking is not permitted on the roads during the winter months to allow for snow plow access.

✔ Wooden stove - When using the wooden stove, please follow the safety guidelines posted. Kindling and wood are provided for your convenience.

✔ Heating – Keep the temperature between 65 – 75 degrees F. The home heats up quickly, but may take a few minutes upon your arrival. Please do not leave the windows open while heating the property.

✔ Cleaning – We do employ cleaning staff to come in between bookings, but we kindly ask guests to wash any used dishes. Trash bins are located in the garage.

✔ Wildlife – Please note that you are staying in the mountains. Bear, deer, and raccoon sightings are possible. Keep food sealed and windows/doors closed when leaving the house to ensure we don’t receive any uninvited visitors!
