The 3 Bears Cabin (or Cabin 35), is nestled in the historic Upper Canyon area of Ruidoso. This beautiful cabin is the perfect getaway spot for those wanting to experience mountain life at its finest. The space provides plenty of room with a king and queen size bed and one bath for a romantic getaway or time spent with family and friends. The 3 Bears Cabin is set up for self check-in. Check-in is at 3pm MST and check-in details will be sent around 11am MST the day of your stay!



We love furry friends and pets are allowed. We have a fenced in backyard for their enjoyment! We recommend keeping your pet on a leash when outside the cabin, as wildlife is in the area and we ask that guests clean up after pet waste.



Please note there is an additional pet fee of $50. If the pet fee hasn’t been added to your reservation yet, we’ll send a request for payment.



SMOKING:

Guests, please note *no smoking allowed inside home or close to entryways* violating this rule will result in immediate removal with no refund and a $350 cleaning fee.
