eine kleine Wohlfühloase
Herzige Residence, modern eingerichtet mit viel Charme, feines Frühstück und sehr liebes, aufmerksames Personal. Etwas ausserhalb, aber in 15 Minuten war das Zentrum gut erreichbar. Empfehlen wir gerne weiter!!

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, Mitarbeiter sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und immer freundlich. Gute und ausreichende Frühstücksauswahl. Das Hotel liegt ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuss von der Innenstadt entfernt, somit kann man das eigene Fahrzeug auf den großzügig angelegten Hotelparkplätzen stehen lassen. Die Zimmer selbst sind funktionell gut ausgestattet und sauber..das einzige Manko , im Hotel gibt es einige Türen die sich nur schwer öffnen oder schließen lassen. Insgesamt ist dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Schönes Haus, leider sehr laut.
Gediegenes Haus, guter Zustand, tolles Frühstück, großer Parkplatz, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, gute Klimaanlage. Relativ kleines Zimmer, auch kleines Bad. Ein echtes Manko ist die Lage an einer sehr belebten Strasse mit dem entsprechenden Geräuschpegel, obschon die Fenster sehr gut schallisolierend sind. Die Altstadt von Rovinj erreicht man in ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß.

Brand new hotel, 18 rooms, all with balcony and with nice and clear design of the furniture, free car parking on site, and only 10 minutes away from the Old Town. Very friendly and motivated team, very helpful recommendations in regard to restaurants and sightseeing, breakfast until 11, any style of eggs and many other delicious things including excellent coffee.

Neues Hotel - gerne wieder.
Ganz spontan haben wir uns für ein verlängertes Wochenende in Rovinj entschieden. Unsere Wahl fiel auf dieses Hotel und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Am Anreisetag wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Personal spricht deutsch und englisch. Das ganze Hotel ist nagelneu, unser Zimmer war super sauber. Das Frühstück bekamen wir von einem sehr netten Mitarbeiter serviert, das Omlette war sehr lecker. Vom Hotel braucht man ca. 15 min zu Fuss in die Altstadt, wo es genügend Essensmöglichkeiten gibt. Parken war kostenfrei. Vielen Dank für diesen schönen Aufenthalt.

Although we came after 15 mins from your call, to open the doors to accomodate you and check you in, you stated that you were waiting 2 hours even though the camera data says otherwise.We reccomend all our guests to inform us in advance in case of late check-ins to avoid inconveniences.Residence Rovinj&

Really nice place close to the Rovinj old city. Easy access and convenient free parking for those arriving by car. Since we had a car we drove to parking closer to old town rather than walking there, so I can't vouch for how long the walk is. Excellent breakfast, super staff, comfortable rooms.

The hotel is in excellent condition in general, it has two parking lot inside the hotel. The grocery story Konzum is cross the street. There is a bike rental store nearby. The hotel is about 20 minutes walk away from the port town, 15 minutes away from rental car agency SIXT. great location.

The hotel is spotlessly clean and comfortable. The staff are so friendly and has a personal ‘family’ feel about it. The location is great, we enjoyed our walks into the main town and there’s a choice of lovely beaches within a 10/15 min walk.

Great hotel- great parking & easy walk into Rovinj
This was a great hotel Near Rovinj. Only a 15 minute walk into town (which was comfortable and safe). The hotel Was modern, clean and comfortable and also has a lot of parking which is easy to access. It is very easy to drive to various beaches and other locations from this location. The breakfast was great (even with needing to change the setup (due to COVID-19). The staff were very nice, friendly and Helpful. I would recommend staying here and would come back - we loved Rovinj and would stay here and use it as a base for day-trips in the future.

Residence was spotless clean. Great location with lots of parking. A short 20 minute walk to the Old Town. Staff were amazing!

Fantastisk!
Fantastisk hotell, akkurat passe stort. Moderne, stilige rom og gode senger. Stort og flott bad. Frokosten var den beste vi har spist noensinne. Svært hyggelige og serviceinnstilte personale. Helt topp med parkering og heis. Rent og ordentlig både ute og inne.

Nice place but service could be better.
Service level was a little disappointing when we stayed. Despite requesting a double bed we got twin beds. We asked for a change or if they can be joined, assured they would join them when we were out in the evening but this did not happen until the 2nd night of our 2 night stay. We tried to remind them to do this the first evening but no one was at reception for a while so we couldn't before we left. Relatively minor but still inconvenient was no fresh towels left in our room after cleaning (and the used ones removed). They brought some fresh ones on request but a little annoying given the price of the hotel I would expect better. In general it is a clean place and the balconies are decent with a nice mini bar reasonably priced (which is good as the bar is not manned in the hotel and I had to fetch wine glasses myself from the bar downstairs). It's a little bit out of town but easily walk-able. Shop and local bars very close by. The breakfast is good as a positive and free on site parking was no issue.
