For such an expensive hotel I found the service at reception very underwhelming. The lighting in the room, especially bathroom for doing makeup etc was terrible. The shower was also horrible."

The bar at the 5th floor is great, over the weekend it is full and there is great music. Highly recommended and located at the heart of Munich near all public transportation and very easy to get from to the airport."
