Lakeside Loft is tastefully furnished with high quality beds and linen. There is a full kitchen and laundry within the apartment, complimentary WIFI, smart TV, workspace, and one undercover carpark within the gated complex.

From this central location you can walk to the lakefront or into town for a spot of shopping. You can take your pick from the restaurants, cafes and bars on Eat Street just a few doors away. And to top it off - you're just mere minutes from some of Rotoruas top attractions - from geothermal geysers and hot pools, to ziplines, luge rides, treetop walks and white-water rafting. You will be spoilt for choice here!

Lakeside Loft is located on the third floor of the apartment complex. Most of the other apartments are owner-occupied. There is an elevator for access and one undercover carpark.

Located in the heart of Rotorua city, overlooking the park and lakefront. Eat Street is at your doorstep, with an array of restaurants, bars and cafes. Walking distance to shops and attractions.

You can walk to shops, restaurants, bars, cafes and several of Rotoruas top attractions.
Taxi, uber and bus services are all available.

One undercover carpark is included with the apartment. There is paid street parking available for any additional vehicles.

We have a strict no party policy here. Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am.
As a guest, you acknowledge any loss and/or damage to the
property will result in a charge or charges for repair and/or replacement value.

Please note:
Due to it's proximity to Eat Street, it can be noisy on a Friday and Saturday night, as a couple of the bars on Eat Street are open until 1am. If you're a light sleeper, this may not be the place for you on the weekend!
