I had stayed here many years ago and had low expectations for this stay. I was pleasantly surprised by the remodeled rooms. My bed was extremely comfortable. You can hear chatter in hallways and other rooms. Bathrooms upgraded nicely. Very nice staff!

The rooms are dirty and as if under construction. The first two rooms we were sent to we unclean and one room with unmade bed. The third room seems to have clean bed but disgusting couch and blinds taped to window. What a dump!

Exterior and bathrooms have been updated. They need to update the beds/bedding. Couches were a little beat up and our “curtain” was a paper beveled sheet taped to the top and it wasn’t even the size of the window.

Not worth it at all…
There was no one at the front desk, and when they got there they gave us one key to a room that already had a guest in it. They seemed very upset to have to fix this. The room was filthy.

No ice makers in hotel were working. Hopefully they were in the middle of construction with our room. The smell was terrible in hallway. Dirty carpets in rooms and hallway. Just a weird vibe going on, so I am assuming they are under construction for updates.

The rooms were abolutely filthy, beds are from the eighties and couch in room was so so so dirty, recliner in room arms were broken,paper shades on windows were ripped and had holes and did not cover the entire window

Housekeeping opened room doors without knocking 3 hours prior to checkout. Front desk clerk was rude and disrespectful to customers when questioned about this. We will never stay at this hotel or recommend it. Take this hotel off your list Expedia!!!!!!!

Have stayed here previously. Usually pretty good. Tv didn’t work so the brought new one in. Heat didn’t work set to 85 and lucky if it was 65 degrees in room. Looked like brown fecal matter splattered on wall.by toilet and tissue dispenser. Definitely having housekeeping and maintenance issues.

Its located near a trailer park and it seemed like there was a great deal of questionable people in the area so we didnt feel safe to walk around. Good location to bars and we had a great meal at the Brickhouse bar

If in town I would stay there again
Not many choices in town, but this location was very good with the amenities, the cleanliness, and the proximity to town and businesses. Just don't open the curtain to look west as it's just an old semi-truck graveyard and warehouse. But the location is safe.

Yes, you are correct in that we have been under construction of brand new bathrooms! I understand that we were able to switch your room to first floor because true, we do not have an elevator. We are excited for the improvements being made here at the property. I do apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused you. We always want the best experience possible for our guests!

Great Hotel
The only thing I can think of that I didn’t care for was the lawn mowing at 8:00 am. And trimming the edges. I wanted to sleep in until nine. The inside staff were great. I will definitely stay there again.

Good clean motel and friendly service
Good place to stay. Good breakfast. Front desk was very good and helpful! Needed a place to plug in my trolling motor batteries to charge and he directed us to back of motel out of site to plug in, thanks!

The room we got was musty and smelled awful. It triggered my allergies. I asked to be moved to another room and they were able to accommodate us. But the 2nd room doesn't look to have been cleaned since there were hair all over the bathroom floor and shower.

There was continental supper and breakfast. The room was ready early. We were only supposed to get a queen size bed and we got two beds which was great. The staff was friendly only thing they could use new beds.

Looks ok, but smells terrible
Hotel is decently clean and up to date, but it smells. Musty/Mildew smell everywhere. Suspect smell is coming from ventilation systems, probably haven't been cleaned or serviced in years. Could tell they hadn't cleaned up breakfast nook from before as the garbage was right full from the day(s) before. Staff doesn't seem engaged or seem to care.

Room was great. Better than expected. There was feces in the pool. Hot tub not in service. Other quests children running up and down the hallways all night and early morning, yelling and screaming. That ruined our stay.
