This "Inn" is not fit for use, because the property is utter dis-repair. There is trash, debris and vehicle parts piled up all over the grounds. The house itself is a disgusting mess of pealing, bubbled paint, shoddy repairs, rotted wood, dirt, dust, mold and bugs. Also there's no fire escape from the second or third floor rooms and the place is a tinderbox of old wood. We could not stay here, since the owner would not response to us to take care of business we had to file a dispute with our CC company, then moved on to stay elsewhere.

We were very surprised how large our room was. We had room 3 in the motel and it is a duplex.

Save your money
Run down dump ! Advertised ho Hors d’oeuvres and beverages are included but they are not! Place is so run down. Found two large wokf spiders in Suite 1!

They take extra care to details. Great stay for a humble, middle of the road type place. Nothing luxurious but they make extra effort with what they're working with

one night quick trip
Just missed check in but key was there and front desk a quick call away. Looks like the inside was redone recently. Coffee area was nice. Stayed in the motel section and was clean and had both a microwave and small fridge. Right off the highway but still quiet. Checked out early so missed any am connections with staff.

Our TV did not work in the room, and there were no blankets/comforters on the twin beds. We should have asked when we had the staff come into our room re the TV, but there should have been stuff on the bed anyway. Otherwise, nice and I would probably stay there if I had to again.

Billed as dog friendly. When people in adjacent room made a lot of noise in the morning, my dog started barking. Neighbors in the next room pounded on our door to”shut up our dog”. It was super hostile and unpleasant . Would never stay there again

The staff was very helpful -- the housekeeper even carried my bags out to the car! Everything was clean and generally pleasant. One problem: The bed was in a boxlike structure that stuck out quite a bit from the mattress. The bed and other furniture had sharp rather than rounded corners, and it was all painted black! During the night, even with the bathroom light on and the door ajar, I kept running into the invisible black furniture, and it was painful! I finally draped white towels and clothing over the corners of the furniture where I could, and that helped.

Comfortable & convenient.
My friends & I stayed here to attend a concert at Bethel Woods Center for the Arts. We stayed in Suite 1 & found it to be very comfortable. With 2 full bathrooms, a kitchenette, & air conditioning, we had everything we needed to get ready before the concert & come back for a good night's rest before our drive home. The only thing that I would suggest for improvement is the security of the check in/check out. The keys are left in an unsecure drop box, leaving the keys accessible to anyone to take & use before a renter checked in. They could invest in a lock box that is code protected & send a code to the renter's email or phone to use when they check-in. I also was surprised that they did not have a chain lock on the inside of the door. For that reason, I would not suggest bringing or leaving valuables in the room. Other than that, our stay was very good & I would stay here again if I go back to Bethel for a concert!

the facility was in dire need of repairs, not just update, repairs. porch was in poor condition. they have taken the opportunity to repair the facility but a long way to go. the bathroom was so small it was near impossible to accommodate an adult. the host were accommodating and friendly and made us welcome. all in all it met our needs and was convenient to where we needed to go.

The hotel is fair. Not very up to date, it is clean, the room keys were left in the mailbox as stated but no staff at all in the hotel when we got there or in the morning when we left. “Breakfast” was some leftover packaged store bought cookies and I’m not sure if there was coffee because when I saw what “breakfast” consisted of, we left and went to the Roscoe Diner which is just a few feet away. Basically my husband and I needed a place to sleep for a few hours after a camp visit to our grandsons and then we went home the next day.
