„Such a neat property very deceiving from pictures but so unique and done very nice So close to everything Communication top notch“

„Worst motel stay ever. Have stayed at this mediocre overpriced motel over the past few years, but this stay was considerably worse. They are purposefully running it into the ground and still charging more than $350 per weekend night in the Fall. No cleaning despite multiple requests and reports of leaking shower, etc. This is a physically deteriorated, possibly unsafe facility.“

„Die Leute am Empfang waren unfreundlich und der Check in hat ewigs gedauert. Infos mussten wir alle selber besorgen. Das Frühstück war eine reinste Katastrophe. „Nette Gastgeber, großzügiges schönes Zimmer. Toller Blick auf den Hudson River“

„Die Betten waren bequem und die Lage ruhig. Das Frühstück war chaotisch, der Bereich sehr klein und die Auswahl nicht groß. “

„Great hotel. Very clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was minimal, but adequate. Coffee was good. The only drawback was that it was not within walking distance to a restaurant. The hotel is a short drive to downtown Saugerties.“

„Superfriendly owners, very engag“

„My room was very big and location excellent“

„I have already opened a case with Expedia and have not heard back- I contacted the hotel directly Hello, I have arrived at the property and am disappointed to find that it does not match the listing photos or description. The accommodations appear significantly more worn and less clean than represented online. In addition, I did not receive the check-in instructions with the access code, and when I rang the bell for assistance, the hostess was rude and dismissive. Because there are no ...
