Das Personal war ok, freundlich oder zuvorkommend ist anders. Wir waren zu zweit und haben einen mini Zimmer bekommen. Die Dusche (inkl. Badewanne) war in einer Ecke ohne Vorhang oder Türe. Man konnte ohne Probleme vom Zimmer rein schauen, war nicht sehr cool. Des Weiteren ist das Wasser nicht abgelaufen. Das Frühstückbuffet war minimal, aber ok

Als wir das Hotel betreten haben waren wir positiv überrascht, über das stilvoll eingerichtete Ambiente und das freundliche Empfangspersonal, die Stimmung legte sich aber sobald wir unser Zimmer betreten haben... Das Zimmer war sehr klein, die Anordnung des Bades sehr unvorteilhaft, so war die Dusche Rechts neben dem Bett angeordnet, ohne Duschkabine spitzte das Wasser auf das Bett und den Boden. Wollte man von der Dusche ins Bad (das Links neben dem Bett war) musste man also einmal quer durchs Zimmer. Durch die geringe Größe wurde hier ein aufgeklappter Koffer schon zum Problem. Leider zeigte sich das Bad noch von einer viel schlechteren Seite... die Badamaturen waren dreckig, die Wasserhähne klebrig und das Wasser in der Dusche lief nicht ab... In unserer ersten Nacht war ein unerträglicher Gestank im Zimmer, der wie wir später rausfanden aus dem Abfluss kam. Im Hotel steckt der Name "Termini", jeder der sich in dieser Gegend des Bahnhofs ein Hotel nimmt, sollte sich bewusst sein, dass das nicht der schönste Fleck Roms ist. Abends sind die Straßen von Obdachlosen und "zwielichtigen Gestalten" geprägt.

The review is not a way to fix a problem because is too late to solve it. If you had informed us we would have changed you the room with a different and more comfortable one for your needs. Our location is evaluated as excellent as it is convenient because it is close to the station and the historic center. Wherever, homeless people live near the stations. However, we regret that the hotel did not meet your expectations. Best regards,

Top für Städtetrip, leider etwas zu teuer!
++ +top Lage für Städtetrip, keine 5 Min. vom HBF (wer gut zu Fuß ist, kann alles fußläufig erkunden) +nachts erstaunlich ruhig +schönes kleines Zimmer, sehr sauber +insgesamt modern u stilvoll eingerichtet, auch der sehr kleine Frühstücksraum +Frühstück gut, coronabedingt leider kein Buffet +“Termini“ keine Top-Gegend, aber wir fühlten uns auch nicht unsicher (so wie man es manchmal liest),Polizeipräsenz — -Kontaktaufnahme im Vorfeld quasi nicht möglich. Wir hatten Fragen zum Frühstück (Allergiker), die uns leider trotz 3 Versuche nie beantwortet wurden, schade -Frühstück gut, aber ist es das Geld wert? Coronabedingt leider kein Buffet, sondern die nette (sehr hektische) Dame packt alles (recht uncharmant, aber nett) auf den Teller. Man traut sich bei ihrer Hektik kaum noch mal nachzufragen - schade. Dennoch für italienische Verhältnisse überdurchschnittlich. Guter Kaffee, Frischer Osaft kostet extra -in Platiktüten verpackte Bananen/Äpfel empfanden wir als etwas übertrieben -Frühstücksraum arg klein, während Corona unpraktisch, man kann aber auch nett draußen sitzen (teilw. beheizt) -Hotelzugang verschlossen, nach Klingeln wartete man gerne mehrere Minuten —— In einem Städtehotel verbringt man i.d.R. ohnehin nicht viel Zeit. Sofern es sauber ist, eine gute Lage hat und man sich nicht komplett unwohl fühlt, hat man (wenn der Preis stimmt) schon alles richtig gemacht. Wir buchten recht spontan, daher leider zu teuer. Dennoch würden wir wiederkommen!

Das Hotel war sauber. Die Zimmer waren jedoch recht klein. Wenn zwei Koffer geöffnet waren, konnte man sich im Esszimmer nicht mehr bewegen. Die Raumaufteilung in unserem Zimmer war auch nicht ideal. Die Dusche Kabine befand sich links vom Bett, das Badezimmer rechts vom Bett. Wollte man sich also duschen und anschließend ins Badezimmer gehen, musste man einmal quer durch das Zimmer. Dabei durfte kein Koffer geöffnet sein, sonst hätte man über das Bett krabbeln müssen. Ansonsten hatten die Zimmer die Ausstattung, die angeboten wurde. Ebenfalls positiv zu bewerten war das reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Das Personal war überwiegend freundlich. Am Empfang bin ich einmal für 2 Minuten ignoriert worden, was einem anderen Paar die LucAm Empfang bin ich einmal für 2 Minuten ignoriert worden, was einem anderen Portier sogar aufgefallen war. Wie in Zeiten von Corona ist mir negativ aufgefallen, dass das Personal nicht strikt darauf achtet, dass alle Gäste in den öffentlichen Räumen des Hotels Mund- und Nasenschutz tragen. Mehrfach konnte ich beobachten, dass Gäste ohne Maske sich im Frühstücksraum aufhielten, was von dem Personal auch beobachtet wurde. Die Gäste wurden aber nicht darauf hingewiesen, dass ihr Verhalten nicht in Ordnung war. Auch Abstandsregeln wurden nicht konsequent eingehalten und deren Beachtung nicht eingefordert. Ich fühlte mich als Gast damit nicht gut aufgehoben. Auch Im Eingangsbereich wurde nicht konsequent darauf geachtet. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral.

Das Frühstück war eine reine Katastrophe. Es gab nur mal Rührei, an einem Tag gabs mal eine Käsesorte, nie Gemüse. Man hat dann die Teller so voll gemacht, dass man ja satt wird mit Ei. Ansonsten die üblichen verpackten Lebensmittel wie Butter und Marmelade. Ich verstehe ja, dass man auf Sparflamme fährt wegen der Pandemie, aber so schlecht musste es auch nicht ausfallen. Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Badewanne gebucht und ich bin maßlos enttäuscht worden. Nach einer langen Reise wollte ich mir einen erholsamen Bad gönnen, das ging dann nicht, weil die Wanne undicht war und zuallem richtig schmutzig nur noch ekelhaft. Das hat aber nichts mit dem Personal zu tun, sondern das liegt an der schon in Jahre gekommenen Ausstattung. Ich war auch mal froh wenn das Waschbecken Wasser abgelassen hat. Und lassen sie sich nicht täuschen, wenn auf der Anzeige Parkplatz steht, sie können nur auf der öffentlichen Straße parken. Bei uns wurde Scheibe eingeschlagen und eingebrochen. Mein Aufenthalt waren zwei Nächte. Rom ist schön aber suchen sie nach einem Hotel mit Tiefgarage. Erwarte sie keine Polizei die ihren Job macht, die sind sogar zu faul um von ihrem sitz aufzustehen und 10 Meter vor die Tür zu laufen um den Wagen zu besichtigen.

Jedoch tut es uns leid zu erfahren, dass das Frühstück nicht Ihren Wünschen entsprach, vor allem weil die Vielfalt unseres kulinarischen Angebots von unseren Gästen normalerweise sehr geschätzt wird. Wahrscheinlich, aufgrund der durch das Corona-Virus verursachten Einschränkungen und der daraus resultierenden Unfähigkeit, das traditionelle Frühstücksbuffet zu servieren, waren Sie nicht in der Lage, die große Auswahl an auf Bestellung erhältlichen Gemüsegerichten zu schätzen, wie Salat, Gurken, Auberginen Zucchini und Pilzen. Immer auf Anfrage bieten wir unseren Gästen auch Bohnen, Lachs und eine große Auswahl an Käse, sowie Kuchen, belegte Croissants, Müsli, Speck, Würstchen, um nur die Hauptgerichte zu nennen. Gegen einen geringen Aufpreis sind auch köstliche Omeletts erhältlich. Nächstes Mal fragen Sie einfach unsere sehr freundlichen und gut ausgebildeten Kellnerinnen. Es tut uns leid zu lesen, dass die Badewanne in Ihrem Zimmer in einem schlechten Zustand war, aber selbst hier genügte es, sich an die Rezeption zu wenden, um das Problem schnell zu lösen, zum Beispiel mit einem Zimmerwechsel. In Bezug auf die Schäden, die Ihr Auto erlitten hat, möchten wir darauf hinweisen, dass auf unserer Website kein Hinweis auf einen Parkplatz des Hotels gemacht wird. Wenn wir gewusst hätten, dass Sie mit dem Auto kommen würden, dann hätten wir Ihnen eine überdachte und bewachte Garage unweit des Hotels empfohlen. Wir bedauern auch, von Ihren negativen Erfahrungen mit der Polizei in Rom erfahren zu haben, können jedoch in keiner Weise dafür verantwortlich gemacht werden. overall positive experience! great breakfast & staff are lovely. the rooms are tightly compact, but very practical and a good layout of the room. my one downside is that it is very noisy and the website claims to have soundproof rooms but that is far from it! can hear everything from outside in the street, downstairs in the bar & everything outside in the corridor! but nevertheless i would stay here for a little citybreak in rome again!

The check in was super fast. The front desk was really helpful. Our room was little bit small but I didn't mind because most the time we were outside. This property is 5 mins walk to the terminal station and the area is safe. I didn't feel safe to walk other side of the terminal station. so I avoid walking there during night. The last day we actually had breakfast at the hotel. the breakfast was good. In total, I was happy staying at Leonardo hotel and i give them 4 Stars.

We booked because of the good reviews but I do not believe the reviews are accurate. We had very large bags and there are seven steps to the lobby with no ramp and no staff to assist. We then check in and meet very unfriendly front desk staff. The door to room was VERY hard to open and we thought the key was not working but was actually just a crappy door. We booked a 3 person room that included a pullout sofa but it was not made up and there were no sheets in the room. Fortunately, the linen closet was just across the hall and much like everything also had a broken door so we helped ourselves to sheets. The sink and shower both drained very slowly so I showered in ankle deep dirty water. At least we were only there for 5 hours before our flight.

Great Hotel!
Excellent location, just 3 short blocks from Termini. Rooms are tight but have all the amenities and some touches with ice lighting. Front staff is very helpful; one even helped me find a great barber shop. Bed was a bit firm for my taste. This was my second time staying here and it’s been great both times.

La boutique non è così
Hotel vende conforto e estilo, mas entrega serviços ruins e acomodaçōes pouco qualificadas. Quarto confort é minúsculo, rumoroso, que permite a escuta de outros hóspedes e barulhos do corredor. Serviços de limpeza foram feitos à noite, causando ruído excessivo. Pancadas constantes tarde da noite e logo cedo eram ouvidas diariamente, impedindo o sono. Itens do banheiro quebrados, como a descarga e bidê. Área do café insuficiente para a quantidade de alojamentos. A funcionária Ana Maria bem que tentou amenizar o nosso incomodo, deixando um vinho típico de Castelli Romani com uma bela mensagem de desculpas. Mas a única coisa digna de mérito é a boa variedade de itens no café da manhã. Para completar, desligaram o arcondicionado de nosso quarto na última noite. Vergonha e descaso. Mancanza di rispetto! Leonardo Hotel never more!

Nice hotel with hotel bar and sauna
We had an excellent stay in Rome. The reception staff and bartender were very serviceminded and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very nice and you can sit both outside in a very nice outdoor yard or inside. The standard room is not large but ok. We used the sauna a lot and that was great. The fitness room only has very few machines and no free dumbbells. The location is a good walk from the city center and therefore we walked 10-18 km per day but Termini and metro is very close by

Pricy but well located, comfy and clean!
Place was located within a 5 minute walk of the main train station (Termini) which connected you to all over. Check in was fast and personnel was super friendly, patient and attentive; she spoke perfect English too. The hotel is clean and bed comfortable. The only down size was that the room was very small and that to iron I had to go to the -2 level rather than have an iron in my room.

Front desk was very welcoming and polite. Lobby/bar area is neatly decorated. Room was very clean and functional. We enjoyed the breakfast and took advantage of the included spa. Walking distance to Termini train station and many restaurants. Helped arrange a taxi for early morning trip to the Airport. Would recommend.

This hotel is ok - but definitely not worth the 4 star rating it advertises. Our room was ok - but some of the hotel staff at breakfast were a bit surly and we couldn’t get a drink at the bar on our last night because the staff member was on her mobile!
