The team is unbelievable friendly and supportive. The location is perfect in walking distance to the highlights like Vaticano, Forum Romanun or Fontana di Trevi. Breakfest is made „with love“ and colorful displayed. Best hotel experience - we surely come back next time.

Sehr nett, sauber, gute Lage. Gutes Frühstück. Unser Zimmer hatte wenig Licht, war dafür gut geschnitten und sehr leise (zum Hof) Spa erst ab 16, war mit meinem 11-Jährigen da und durfte nichts nutzen.

Dear Andreas,We are sorry that you were unable to use our spa. Opening hours are from 11:00 am until 08:00 pm. Unfortunately, everything was already booked until 4:00 in the afternoon on the day of your visit. Schönes Stadthotel
Ein schönes Hotel mit sehr nettem Personal. Sehr zentral gelegen. Diverse Attraktionen, wie zB Colosseum oder Trevibrunnen sind gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Auch sehr nahe vom Bahnhof. Das Frühstück ist sehr empfehlenswert.

The Hotel is very clean and modern and tastefully decorated to make you feel like you are in a luxury hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We did not like the blankets in our room, and they immediately brought us different blankets and made us feel very comfortable. The location is great, and you can walk to all main attractions. Breakfast was a large selection and very good with great service. It was my daughter’s birthday and they surprised her with a small cake at breakfast. The rooftop restaurant is also very good. The SPA in the hotel is very nice and clean and was very enjoyable. Overall, a great place to stay.

Das Hotel war Super. Du kannst alles in weniger Minuten erreichen, alles ist in der Nähe zu Fuss oder mit dem Bus. Die Ausstattung der Spa, Frühstück, Concierge Und Rezeption haben uns sehr gefallen. Debora hat uns immer geholfen, Salvatore der Frühstückssupervisor war immer für alle Gäste sehr hilfreich und Maria Theresa hat unsere Spa und Wellness (Massage) auch unvergesslich gemacht. Ich kenne nicht alle Namen aber auf die Schlüssel steht „let the Staff make the difference“ and so it was. Herzlichen Dank ☺️

fantastischer service
no only the hotel as such is really nice, ideal location to all sights, it also has a cool style, large and modern rooms. the food both for breakfast and in the restaurant is very good. the best nevertheless is the service. staff is so friendly, everybody from the welcome at front desk, in the restaurants, the spa... a super good experience, to be repeated!

Gute zentrale Lage. Zimmer zur Strasse zwar mit Aussicht aber eher schlecht Schallisoliert. Modernes, sauberes Hotel mit allem Komfort (gratis Minibar) sehr nette Mitarbeiter. Frühstück Auswahl und Qualität für Italien top, Service leider chaotisch und sehr lange Wartezeiten. Wellness nur gegen Gebühr, ist klein aber schön und sauber. Parkgarage in der Nähe (Fremdanbieter) ca. EUR 28 pro Tag

Everything about the Artemide was a delight! The staff were helpful and kind, the hotel was clean and conveniently located, and the breakfast spread was absolutely unbelievable! We really felt luxurious and cared for by every staff member. My only complaints would have been that the swipe control for the elevator wasn't explained (I struggled to figure out what to do at first) and even when I figured it out it didn't seem to work for me consistently, and the shower only has a partially enclosed space that made it impossible to not splash the floor no matter how I stood. Even so, I would absolutely stay here again.

We absolutely loved Hotel Artemide! All of the staff was always smiling, helpful, and accommodating. Our room was amazing (2 adults, 2 kids). It was spacious, clean, and had 3 balconies overlooking Via Nazionale. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. Most places were walking distance (about 10-15 minutes). We would definitely stay here again!

I travel often, but this was my first time traveling to Europe and I booked through a third party. I looked at so many hotels and settled on this one. Im so grateful I did. The hotel helped me secure transportation to the hotel from the airport and transportation to the cruise port. Breakfast is unbelievable. The host and wait staff take the best care of you. The bonus rooftop restaurant was amazing! The room was immaculate. The hotel and service was amazing and I would stay here again.

Wonderful property in a bustling area that is next to nice shops and in a nice busy neighborhood, but walkable to all the sights. The hotel is modern and clean (it can use slight updating) but overall great location and stay. The bed was so so comfortable! I wish we had more light in our room but we had a small window and we were facing the interior. We were hardly there so it didn’t really matter much. They offer a welcome drink and have a nice rooftop. I wish we had time to use the spa amenities and gym. Usually we take advantage of those but with the amount of things we were doing per day the time ran out. They stock the mini bar and it is fully complimentary, and very useful to not have to constantly get drinks. It has waters, sparkling drinks, juices, beer and Prosecco. It also has some nuts and crackers and wafers. Very nice to have that after a long day of roaming Rome! The staff was lovely especially the gentleman who greets and seats guests at breakfast. The breakfast is spectacular. We would not even need to eat lunch because of the variety and choices. It is a massive buffet of savory and sweet decadent desserts, fruits, cheeses, breads, you name it. This is a great property and it felt less touristy, a little more upscale, but still convenient to everything you’d want to see. We walked everywhere: 10-15 min walk to Trevi Fountain, 15 to Spanish Steps, 15 min to the Colosseum, maybe 20 to Pantheon. You name it, you can walk to it. Other than Vatican City.

The hotel is located within walking distance to most of the Roman Empire ruins and tourist attractions, the Train station is nearby. The staff at the hotel were superb, the breakfast is excellent. Best of all the area is safe to walk at night.

The only thing that let the room down was the small single beds. Low and narrow. Plus the view towards a derelict building let our room down. But staff, food and location made up for it
