Hallo :) wir sind von Hilton gewohnt, dass die Sauberkeit im Bad & Zimmer 1A Zustand hat ;) in Rom war Bad nicht Optimal, es waren auch keine Zimmer Schuhe Vorhanden, man müsste mit nackte Fuß rum laufen, was nicht optimal ist ! Team & Personal 1A & freundlich, Frühstück Umfangreich & Bahn & Bus in alle Richtungen Optimal !

Toller Ausblick vom Balkon
Das Zimmer war zwar recht klein, aber der Balkon, von dem aus man morgens die Sonne aufgehen sieht und die Berge sieht, die sonst kaum einer in Rom sehen kann... das war grandios. Und statt Mini-Bar (kann man sich alles an der Rezeption besorgen) gibt es einen Kühlschrank. Selbst im März war das auch nötig!

Für "römische Verhältnisse" zentral gelegenes Hotel, sehr sauber, belegten zum Jahreswechsel als Gruppe 3 Zimmer auf unterschiedlichen Stockwerken u keines der Zi. wirkte abgewohnt. Sehr freundliches Personal, was auch jeden Extrawunsch ermöglichte. Leckeres Frühstücksbuffet, Möglichkeit sich Waffeln selbst frisch zuzubereiten, Tipp: Kaffeespezialität beim Kellner extra ordern - der Kaffee aus dem Automat ist ungenießbar.

Wir waren im Juni 2013 für 4 Nächte in diesem Garden Inn. Kein sehr freundlicher Empfang, es wurde nur notdürftig Erklärt und teilweise auch erst auf Nachfrage. HHonors Gold Member haben das Frühstück inklusive, sonst kostet dies 12€ extra und ist den Preis nicht wert. Fast nur süsse Sachen, Kaffee und Tee kommen aus einem Automaten und die Säfte sind Instant mit Zucker. Kuchen und Teilchen so weit das Auge reicht. Nicht durcher Bacon, wässriges Ei und Würstchen. Da sollte man lieber gegenüber beim Supermarkt einkaufen. Billiger und besser. Lediglich an Tagen wo Kreuzfahrtgäste mit im Hotel sind wird das Essen etwas vielfälltiger und besser. Gute Anbindungen an die Tram, aber sehr heiss und ungemütlich. Das Housekeeping musste von uns immer extra daraufhingewiesen werden das unser Zimmer zu reinigen ist. Von alleine war bis 1300h nie jemand auf die Idee gekommen sauber zu machen! Einzigst positive: der super Park fast direkt vor der Tür! Hier lohnt sich ein Spaziergang zur und durch die Villa Bourgese! Das Hotel ist aber nicht ernsthaft zu empfehlen!

Friendly and kind staff - front desk, cleaners and restaurant staff. Had nice interactions with all of them. Room was lovely and breakfast had a great variety of food. There was only 1 plug socket and 1 usb, in the room i was in - which was fine for me. The hotel is in a beautiful area, very close to a bus stop, where you can go directly to the centre of Rome - takes 15-30 minutes depending on the area you go to. Overall would definitely recommend if you want a hotel that is in a nice quiet area, but close enough to the centre of Rome.

This was our last stop in our Italy trip and we were very happy we stayed here. The rooms were clean and beds were very confortable. Great location, close to the centre of rome with a short taxi ride. Very happy we did not stay in the centre of room as its flooded with tourist. This was the perfect location. There is a cafe just across the street and many options for lunch and dinner walking distance. Shoutout to Megan at the reception! Thank you for awnsering all of our questions and for a quick and efficient check in. Very friendly!

Fantastic Concierge At Night 1 But WIFI Issue
We stayed here for 3 nights. The 1st night, we were greeted and checked-in by a wonderful lady who was so well-spoken, so detail-oriented, welcoming, and overall was excellent and so helpful, she even gave us guidance where the tabacaria was and recommendations to the next door restaurant with a free complimentary appetiser for us four guests. Sadly, the rest of our stay, the concierge changed and the service was just transactional and lack-luster. Don't get me wrong, the place was great. It was clean, not outdated, good provisions of towels, toiletries, there was a safe and a small fridge (which wasnt super cold but cooled drinks enough). The breakfast buffet had a make-your-own waffle machine which was the highlight, and the location was really good if you're in Rome for sight-seeing. However, at the last night of our stay, the wifi was down up until we checked out. It's very challenging for tourists to have no wifi in their hotel especially as we were already running out of mobile data. The concierge just could not be bothered anymore at that point, I assume all guests filed complaints about the wifi already. So, we decided to check out earlier just to get wifi in the airport. Would have been a really excellent stay if it had not been for the stark contrast in service quality and wifi issue.

Solid hotel stay
This is a straightforward comfortable and clean hotel. The staff was helpful and professional. The location is further away from Rome center than I expected and not very easy to get to by bus as the buses do not arrive/depart on time nor later in the evening. Plan to spend a minimum of 20 euro for a cab back to/from the hotel to historical sites i.e. Colosseum or Pantheon.

The hotel is not worth the price. The concierge could not be relied upon. Free breakfast was cheap, the balcony, although huge, had no flowers in the pots, and was not user friendly.

Hotel is well connected by tram and buses and so transportation facilities excellent. Room is good, bathroom is spacious and good breakfast spread. I would have liked better, if the staff gave out all transport facilities with Route Nos at the time of check in itself, so that the guests are aware, from the start of the stay.

Camera esageratamente piccola, stretta e angusta,
La struttura è situata in una zona centrale e tranquilla, il personale è molto gentile e disponibile, la colazione ricca e abbondante. Purtroppo la camera che mi è stata riservata, pur dotata di un letto queen e presentata per 2 persone, era terribilmente piccola: il letto occupava praticamente l'intera area della stanza, lasciando spazio solo per uno stretto ripiano su cui era alloggiata la tv a schermo invero anche molto ampio per le dimensioni della camera, ed un angusto mini tavolino triangolare praticamente inservibile con una sola sedia. Il bagno, sia pure sufficientemente ampio e dotato di una doccia ben strutturata, presentava un lavandino molto piccolo allocato in uno spazio angusto e senza alcun ripiano portaoggetti. Insomma la stanza, per quanto tranquilla, ordinata e pulita, è risultata per niente confortevole e assolutamente non degna di un hotel a quattro stelle e all'altezza del prezzo richiesto.

Well organised and friendly staff. Room was clean. Wonderful bed. However, missed basic cutlery, extra chair and stationary. TV channels in English almost none (!). Issues with sound on all English channels. Needed technical assistance to fix.
