The kitchenette, located in a separate space, is fully equipped with an induction hob, microwave, kettle, and all necessary utensils, ensuring complete independence during your stay. The bathroom features a spacious shower box, designed for practicality and comfort.

The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning and independent heating, ensuring a pleasant stay in every season.

How to get there:

By car, from the A1/E35 motorway take the exit towards Roma Centro/Salario/Salaria and continue on Via Flaminia Nuova to Lungotevere. After crossing Ponte Cavour, the property is about a 10-minute drive away.

By train, from the Giolitti stop near Roma Termini, take bus 70 and get off at “Zanardelli” (11 stops, approximately 25 minutes).
