The 2nd floor smelled like animals urine and the carpet in the hallway appeared to have once been flooded and not cleaned.
The continental breakfast was an absolute joke. The sausages were cold although in a crook pot. I asked about more coffee because the machine was out; the employee blamed the night shift crew stating they didn't do sh**, and the was no more coffee because it was froozen. The elevator barely worked. The rooms didn't have all of cooking utensils and to honest, because of all of what I seen, my and I just opted to eat out- which defeated the purpose of me booking this hotel.
I was completely embarrassed I booked this hotel for my family.
Paige was great; however I could see the pure frustration and embarrassment when I told her my room wasn't clean. We did end up switching rooms 3x's however, even in the suite, the sofa was scratched and fabric started peeling.
It's safe to say, I will not book at this hotel ever again.
