Beautiful villa with spectacular sea views, with private pool in the Tarragona town of Roda de Barà.



This dwelling is located in a privileged location in Roda de Barà, its beautiful sea views captivate you and make you disconnect from the noisy city.



The property is located 2 minutes by car and 20 minutes on foot from the urban centre of Roda de Barà, where you will find a wide variety of restaurants where you can enjoy a good paella or delicious tapas. You will also find several supermarkets and some small shops.



On the outskirts of the town (4 min. drive) you will find a wide variety of large supermarkets such as Lidl, Aldi, Mercadona, Caprabo... where you can do your shopping.



If what you wish is to enjoy the beach, you will have to travel by car for about 8 minutes to reach the seafront promenade where you can enjoy the variety of water activities and beach bars that the area offers.



If what you want is to do tourism and get to know the beautiful Roman area of Tarragona, by car you have it at 24 km (about 26 min.) But if you prefer to experience strong emotions at just 38 km (30 min.) you can visit one of the best amusement parks in the world like Port Aventura. You can also visit by car, the charming maritime area of Sitges and visit its picturesque old town which is located at just 40 km (about 35 min.) And if what you want is to get to know the cosmopolitan city of Barcelona, by car you will arrive in about 50 min. (70 km).



The house is distributed as follows:



-On the exterior there is a PRIVATE swimming pool, several terraces and a barbecue area.

-On the ground floor there is a spacious dining room, kitchen, a toilet and a bedroom with bathroom, plus the private garage with capacity for a medium-sized car.

-On the first floor there is a double bedroom and two bedrooms with two single beds each. Two of the three bedrooms have access to a terrace with magnificent sea views.



The accommodation is entirely exclusive for guests. They will not share any area with anyone else.



A set of bed sheets and a set of towels per guest are provided at the beginning of the stay. If you wish to change sheets and/or towels during your stay, you can request it as an additional service and it will have an extra cost.



Cleaning is not included during your stay. If you require additional cleaning services during your stay, you can request it as an additional service for an extra charge.



The maintenance of the swimming pool is carried out weekly by qualified personnel.



The coffee maker is a Dolce Gusto capsule machine.

No charcoal is supplied for the barbecue.



Both before and during your stay you can consult me about everything you need.

Anything you need prior to your arrival, please don't hesitate to ask me, and it will be a pleasure to clarify any doubts you may have.

Once you arrive at the accommodation I will be there personally to welcome you, show you around the house and explain how everything works.

I can also advise you on places to visit, restaurants to eat at, local festivals, supermarkets to shop at,... and anything else you need.

If you need my help during your stay it will be a pleasure to assist you.



Quiet and residential neighbourhood, completely safe.



It is totally advisable to have a car.

The house has a garage space for a medium-sized car. In any case, you can park for free without any problem on the street, right in front of the house.



If what you want is to enjoy yourself at home and make some occasional outings, another option is to use the taxi.

There is also a bus stop near the house but the timetables are very limited.

Likewise, the train station in Roda de Bará has very limited timetables.



We can arrange taxi transfers to the airport for you, or anywhere else.



BOOKING CONDITIONS



Bookings are not permitted for groups of young people UNDER 28 YEARS OF AGE.

This house is designed to be enjoyed as a family, in a peaceful, pleasant and residential environment.



*** If you are looking to organise a large party, loud music, and disturb the neighbourhood, this villa is not for you, and you will surely find a more suitable one ***



*** ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING IS NOT PERMITTED, AS THE HOUSE'S ELECTRICAL POWER CANNOT SUPPORT IT ***



Before arrival at the property, a link will be sent where you must register the details of ALL guests, and furthermore, you must pay the mandatory TOURIST TAX of the Generalitat de Catalunya. The staff member responsible for handing over the keys will not deliver the keys until this process is completely finished.



The TOURIST TAX of the Generalitat of Catalonia is €1.75 per adult per day (and a maximum of 7 days of tax) (children under 17 years old do not pay).



RESPONSIBILITY



The reservation of the accommodation implies acceptance of the house rules. Please read carefully the property rules that will be published on Airbnb. Parties and smoking inside the apartment are not permitted. For irresponsible conduct, the owner may request guests to vacate the property immediately, with no right to compensation or refund.



It is prohibited to use the dwelling with a number of occupants exceeding the capacity of the dwelling.



Guests are responsible for the proper care of the property during their stay and undertake to return it in the same condition as the accommodation and its furnishings were found, except for repairs to appliances or reasonable wear and tear of the property.

If any defect occurs in the property, please notify us immediately and we will attempt to resolve it as quickly as possible.



Guests are not responsible for final cleaning, but they must leave the property in good condition, the kitchen tidy and rubbish in the street bins, otherwise an additional cleaning fee will be charged.



CHECK-IN



The check-in time is from 17:00 to 21:00.



The person responsible for check-in will wait at the property to hand over the keys and explain how the facilities work. If for any reason you cannot arrive at the agreed time, please let us know as soon as possible to avoid waiting.



The loss of keys will have a supplement of €50 for each set and €75 for the parking remote control.



IMPORTANT: If due to the guest's forgetfulness or negligence, a locksmith has to be called to open the property door, the costs will be charged to the guest.
