This property is located in a privileged location in Roda de Barà, its beautiful sea views captivate you and make you disconnect from the noisy city.



The property is located 2 minutes by car and 20 minutes walking from the urban center of Roda de Barà, where you will find a wide variety of dining options where you can enjoy a good paella or delicious tapas. You can also find several supermarkets and some small shops.



On the outskirts of the town (4 min. by car) you will find a wide variety of large supermarkets such as Lidl, Aldi, Mercadona, Caprabo ... where you can do your shopping.



If what you want is to enjoy the beach, you will have to drive about 8 minutes to reach the boardwalk where you can enjoy the variety of water activities and beach bars that the area offers.



If what you want is to do tourism and explore the beautiful Roman area of Tarragona, by car it is 24 Km (about 26 min.) away. But if you prefer to experience strong emotions just 38 km (30 min.) away, you can visit one of the best amusement parks in the world like Port Aventura. You can also visit by car the charming maritime area of Sitges and explore its picturesque old town, which is just 40 km (about 35 min.) away. And if what you want is to know the cosmopolitan city of Barcelona, by car you will arrive in about 50 min. (70 Km).



The house is distributed as follows:



-On the exterior there is a PRIVATE pool, several terraces and a barbecue area.

-On the first floor, there is a spacious dining room, kitchen, a bathroom, and a room with an en-suite bathroom, plus a private garage with capacity for a medium-sized car.

-On the second floor, there is a master bedroom and two rooms with two single beds each. Two of the three rooms have access to a terrace with magnificent sea views.



The accommodation is completely exclusive to guests. They will not share any area with anyone else.



Bed sheets and towel sets are provided, one set per bed and one set per guest at the beginning of the stay. If guests wish to change sheets and/or towels during their stay, they can request it as an additional service with an extra cost.



Cleaning is not included during the stay. If you wish to have additional cleanings during your stay, you can request it as an additional service and it will have an extra cost.



The pool maintenance is performed weekly by qualified personnel.



The coffee maker is a Dolce Gusto capsule machine.

No charcoal is provided for the barbecue.



Both before and during their stay, they can consult me about everything they need.

Anything you may need prior to your arrival, do not hesitate to ask me, and it will be a pleasure to clarify any doubts you may have.

Once you arrive at the accommodation, I will personally be there to receive you, show you the house, and explain how everything works.

In addition, I can advise you on places to visit, restaurants to eat at, local popular festivals, supermarkets to shop at,... and anything else you might need.

If during your stay you need my help, it will be a pleasure to assist you.



Quiet and residential neighborhood, completely safe.



It is totally recommended to have a car.

The house has a parking space for a medium-sized car. In any case, you can park for free without any problem on the street, right in front of the house.



If what you want is to enjoy being at home, and make some occasional outings, another option is to use a taxi.

There is also a bus stop near the house, but the schedules are very limited.

Likewise, the Roda de Bará train station has very limited hours.



We can organize taxi transfers to the airport, or any other place.



BOOKING CONDITIONS



Booking is not allowed for groups of young people UNDER 28 YEARS OLD.

This house is designed to enjoy with family, in a quiet, pleasant, and residential environment.



*** If you are looking to organize a big party, loud music, and disturb the neighborhood, this villa is not for you, and you will surely find a more suitable one ***





*** IT IS NOT ALLOWED TO CHARGE THE ELECTRIC CAR, AS THE ELECTRICAL POWER OF THE HOUSE DOES NOT SUPPORT IT ***



Before arriving at the accommodation, a link will be sent where you must register the data of ALL guests, and also pay the mandatory TOURIST TAX of the Generalitat de Catalunya. The staff in charge of delivering the keys will not hand over the keys until this process is completely finished.



The TOURIST TAX of the Generalitat de Catalunya is 1.00€ per adult and per day (with a maximum of 7 days of tax) (minors under 17 years old do not pay).



RESPONSIBILITY



The reservation of the accommodation implies acceptance of the house rules. Carefully read the property rules that will be published on Airbnb. Parties and smoking inside the apartment are not allowed. For irresponsible conduct, the owner may request guests to immediately vacate the accommodation, without right to compensation or refund.



It is prohibited to use the dwelling with a number of occupants exceeding the capacity of the dwelling.



Guests are responsible for the proper care of the accommodation during their stay and commit to returning it in the same conditions in which they found the lodging and its equipment, except for appliance repairs or reasonable wear and tear of the accommodation.

If any defect occurs in the housing, please notify us immediately and we will try to solve it as soon as possible.



Guests are not responsible for the final cleaning, but they must leave the accommodation in good condition, the kitchen tidy, and the trash in the street containers; otherwise, an additional cleaning fee will be charged.



CHECK-IN



The check-in time is from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. All arrivals between 9:00 PM and 12:00 AM will have a surcharge of 40 €. Arrivals after 12:00 AM must be communicated in advance and will carry an additional charge depending on the case.



The person responsible for check-in will wait at the accommodation to hand over the keys and explain how the facilities work. If for any reason they cannot arrive at the agreed time, please let us know as soon as possible to avoid waiting.



The loss of keys will have a supplement of 50€ for each set and 75€ for the parking remote control.
