Built for groups and families, this stay is tucked near the back of a cove, offering privacy and calm waters, with a private dock, slide, boat slip, 2 PWC lifts, and side tie. Spacious living areas on the lower level allow ample room for gathering and enjoyment, with a bar area, pool table, and cozy patio. Enjoy an easy lake getaway w/ dock days, cove views, and plenty of space in and out!

Great Space and Accommodations for Sleep, Dining, Gathering, and Enjoyment:
• Sleeps up to 15 with a king ensuite, three queen rooms, and a twin over full bunk (coming soon!), plus extra sleep spaces with a queen sofa sleeper (coming soon!) and queen air mattress.
• Main floor features the kitchen, dining area, gathering space, pool table, bar, and half bathroom with a spacious layout so everyone has space to gather, play, dine, relax, and enjoy time together
• Enjoy your lake time early, with a desk and chair in the upper-level foyer - allowing you to catch up or work from the lake!
• Ample parking for up to 8 vehicles or vehicles and trailers
• Lakeside firepit, Blackstone flat top grill and standard propane grill allow for relaxed evenings with meals cooked in, with seating on the upper deck and patio areas
• Large private concrete dock with a slide and open 12x28ft slip w/ tritoon lift, 2 PWC lifts, and good side tie-off space away from the swim platform, plus a pedal boat, kayaks, and floaties for endless lake fun

Outdoor Lake Life, Dock Days, and Cove Gathering
Tradewinds is built for spending long lake days outside, with a large concrete dock, slide, and a protected cove setting near the back of the water. The dock includes a tritoon lift, 2 PWC lifts, and side tie-off space that offers flexibility for guest boat use. Lakeview balconies off multiple upstairs bedrooms create an easy place to start or end the day overlooking the water.

Indoor Gathering, Games, and Room to Spread Out
Inside, the main floor keeps everyone connected with the kitchen, dining space, living/gathering area, pool table, and half bathroom all on one level. Upstairs, all guest bedrooms are grouped together, including a lakeview primary suite with king bed, ensuite bathroom, and balcony access. The layout works well for guests who want shared gathering areas on the main floor and private sleeping space upstairs. Planned design updates and future sleeping/recreation expansion!

• We supply propane for the propane grill and blackstone flat top grill.
• Wood is not provided for the firepit area.
• Planned future sleeping capacity is estimated at sleeps 15 once the twin-over-full bunk bed and sleeper sofa are complete
• The minimum age to book this property is 25 years old and it is best suited for families and groups of friends.
• This property does not permit loud parties. Gatherings that are responsible and respectful are permitted.

Getting There:
We highly recommend having a vehicle for your stay. Rideshare companies like LakeRide Pros are available, however, we recommend that you book well in advance. You will have ease of access via state highways and blacktop roads. This property is located approximately 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City, and a half-day drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, and Arkansas, creating great access for families and friends to connect and gather! The International airport is in Kansas City, and regional airports are available in St. Louis, Columbia, and Springfield.

VRBO Cancellation Standards:
Any cancellation completed with a refund will have a 5% transaction fee for the processing of the refund. Therefore, the refunded amount will equal 95% of the transaction paid. Lake Days Rentals is not responsible for the refund of fees paid directly to VRBO.
