Great location. Hotel was neat and clean. Only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 stars wqa the gym could be cleaner and needed clean towels. It looked neglected but the rest of the hotel was clean and neat. Breakfast was good and staff made sure it was well stocked.

I liked the extremely polite employees. There should be more parking because parking spots were full 2 day in a row. I stayed 3 nights. There were 2 different with barking dogs. I ended up buying a sound machine to drown it out but it didn't help early in the morning. The breakfast should last longer than 9:30 a.m. (M-F) and longer than 10:00 a.m. (Sat/Sun). Not enough time. Other than that, the beds were comfortable, I received an extra pillow as requested. Coffee and tea were always available. My son enjoyed the fitness center.

Room was comfortable and updated. There was some noise from other rooms and the hallway and even some light road noise. However, the comfort of the room more than made up for that. I would choose this hotel again.

I always stay here when i am traveling to and from Florida. The place is always spotless clean and is right off of I-95. There are several restaurants within walking distance. After driving for 6 hours the last thing i want to do is getting back in the car. The complimentry breakfast in the morning is better than most Denny's or Waffel House along the way, but the free 24 hour cancellation is one of my main reasons i choose here since i book the room several weeks before my trip.

The room we booked wasn't ready so they offered us another at the same rate which we took but those rooms were still being serviced - we ended up with no bath towels (discovered when it was too late to get any) Staff was friendly and helpful.

We will definitely make a point to arrange our next trip to/from Florida so we can stay here again! The room was great, the bed was very comfortable - not super hard like most hotel beds are. The guest laundry and fitness center were very nice. There is even a commissary on the first floor where you can buy sodas, water, beer, snacks and even food to prepare in the microwaves in the room. Breakfast this morning was the best hotel "free breakfast" we have ever had!

I made my reservation with a month in advance. When I arrived with a minor at 9:30pm the front desk informed me that they didn’t have any reservation on my name and that the hotel was full capacity. At that time and with no place to stay 2 hours away from home , tire and with a minor I was send out to the streets in a place that I didn’t know to find a safe place to stay.

Nice hotel, but we had several problems during our stay. The cleaning person came in our room, even though we left the sign on the door knob. We had a dog with us and didn’t want her entering. The key cards stopped working several times for many of the people in the hotel that weekend. The second day of our day, the person in charge of breakfast did not show, therefore there was no breakfast for us that day. I also heard of a party going on next to one of the rooms of our friends. They notified the front desk, but they didn’t do anything about it.

It would be nice when there is a volleyball tournament there would be breakfast items ready by 6 am as the players often have to leave early so being able to grab some fruit, muffins, bagel to go would be great Especially since breakfast is included.
