Only problem we had was 1/4 roll of toilet tissue in the room. This was quickly corrected by the staff. Great hotel!

Three major issues.
I'm usually a big Sheraton fan. However, three major issues with this room: One, the shower had neither hot water nor water pressure at 9pm in the evening, rendering the shower unusable. Had to shower at 4am if I wanted usable water. Two, the air in the room was so dry that it caused major throat discomfort within three hours. In my 50 years, I've never experienced air quality like this in a Sheraton. Three, the bathroom had entry door on a 45-degree angle, which opened into the toilet, significantly affecting seating area. Had to position body at an angle. If there are other available hotels in the area, I will not choose this one. Shame.

I understand your frustration with the issues you encountered during your stay at the Sheraton. It's disappointing when a trusted hotel brand falls short of expectations.Regarding the hot water and water pressure problem, experiencing this late in the evening must have been inconvenient and uncomfortable. Additionally, dry air can indeed cause discomfort, especially over an extended period. The unusual bathroom layout you described sounds like an oversight in design that affected your comfort.Your feedback is important and can help the hotel address these issues for future guests. It might be worthwhile to reach out directly to the hotel management to share your experience constructively. They may appreciate hearing from you and have an opportunity to make improvements.

Where are the amenities ?
As I said on checkin, the was no luggage rack in my room. Having a disability, it’s hard to have my suitcase on the floor. Also, no clock?? Why?? I stay here often and these items were disappointing. Also, I tried for 5 minutes to call the front desk with no one answering. I had to call from my cell phone directly to the hotel to get an answer, and then they answered on the 2nd ring. When I asked about it there was silence. Not Good 🙁

Covkroaches in two rooms.
Initially I was given room 339 and there was a cockroach. I called to font desk and they promptly moved. The staff was lovely and they are not the issue. I was then given room 420, this morning when I woke up there was another cockroach crawling on my suitcase. This is unacceptable.
