Our cozy cottage is located on the north end of Rockport, close to some of the area’s most-loved outdoor spots and attractions. You’ll be just minutes from the Copano Bay Bridge, Goose Island State Park, and a convenient public boat ramp — ideal for fishing, kayaking, and coastal exploring.

Fulton and North Fulton Beach Road are nearby and perfect for a relaxing walk, scenic drive, or grabbing a bite to eat at one of the local favorites.

The neighborhood, Rockport Cottage Company North, is a peaceful mix of short-term rentals, Winter Texans, and a few year-round residents — giving it a friendly, relaxed vibe year-round.

As you enter the community, you’ll be greeted by a canopy of mature oak trees 🌳 lining the main drive, with the community pool located just to the right 💦.

🚗 Please drive carefully when exiting the neighborhood — you’ll be merging directly onto Highway 35, where the speed limit is 55 mph. It drops to 45 mph as you approach the airport, but traffic can move quickly, so use caution.
