Gruene Haus is green! Fully renovated 800 square foot open plan 1 bedroom 1 bathroom home. You will have full access to the entire home except for the 1 owner's closet that will remain locked.
House has a very modern design, one level, no steps and a walk-in shower. Bedroom is a separate room, 1 queen bed, a walk in closet and general storage closet (including extra bedding, pillows, towels, variety of games, first aid kit and a hairdryer). All bedding will be washed after each stay.
Living area has a very comfortable L-Shaped sofa that is easily converted to a second bed.
Kitchen is new, granite counter tops, sink (no dishwasher). Kitchen cabinets contain all essentials needed to cook your own meal (pots, pans, plates, cookie trays, cutting boards, extensive selection of cooking utensils, knives, scissors, cutlery, bowls, blender, toaster plus basic spices). You have a choice of a Keurig or drip coffee. Coffee is supplied and is complimentary.
Stackable washer and dryer with pods provided for cleaning.
Bathroom is modern, fully tiled, single sink and walk-in shower. Shampoo/conditioner, body wash and hand soap is provided.

Owners live in adjacent property; guests have access to the Gruene Haus driveway and property around the driveway. They access the home through a fenced private patio and will be given a unique code for keyless entry.

House has a wireless internet and a smart TV. Streaming services are available, but guests must log in using their accounts.
