An hour later we got a call from the owner and got check in information at about 8:00. The property was great. This was disappointing since we had just had a reservation canceled in Florida with vrbo and was also told we would be contacted when the host canceled a 18 night reservation…again no help. „Excellent experience with this property and management! We had a slight hiccup with the door code but Sean came to the rescue immediately and got us squared away. This place is in prime location just across the road from the Wax Museum but far enough from the highway that we did not have to hear all the traffic at all hours! „We were surprised that for a very high property fee. There was no ice no ice trays no coffee no amenities on the property at all. Also, GPS does not get you to the property. We had to download an app on our phone and in just reading the description of the property were able to get directions, however those were even wrong as it said to turn it to Phillips 66 gas station and it has been a gas station since 2018 “
