Great spot for visiting Rockaway Beach! Close to everything. Ocean view from balcony. Place was very clean and comfortable, especially with the fireplace. My only suggestion is to fix the kitchen drawers and replace the pull out sofa mattress.

Perfect for us…

Was a relaxing stay for sure! Had to call to have the battery in the door replaced but the property on site repairman was quick and friendly! I would recommend the lower screen door on the balcony, having the lower arm that allows the door to be propped open replaced, is rusted and doesn’t want to work well. But a very nice stay, thanks again!

Beautiful view for a much needed vacation

This rental was easy to find, clean, well stocked and had the most amazing view. Each night I was able to sit on the balcony and watch the sunset. I have medical issues that make walking hard, so the location of this rental gave me the opportunity to enjoy the ocean without having to scramble down to the beach. That being said, be away that you will walk up to short flights of stairs to get to the rental. I would stay here again.

Great getaway!

We rented this property for a much needed short getaway trip. The rental felt very comfortable, had a perfect view and was centrally located to other small coastal towns to explore. We especially enjoyed the nearby hiking and long walks on the beach.

Loved that the condo had two bathrooms. Apparently I missed that when booking. GREAT location on the beach. Rockers on the balcony were nice. Could have had a better table on the balcony for drinks, snacks, etc. Condo was nicely outfitted with games and we enjoyed playing a few. Liked the (electric) fireplace. Sofa bed was extremely comfy. A few suggestions: no closet in the bedroom (odd) and the one place you might hang clothes (wardrobe) was locked. Furniture in bedroom was rather crammed in there and only one nightstand, which was annoying for the person sleeping on that side.

Lovely view, but noisy

Overall the visit was lovely. But the walls are VERY thin; whomever was upstairs sounded like they were pounding their way across the floor, though they likely weren't. But you could hear every noise made, and that, at times, was distracting.

Lovely view and convenient location

Nice, comfortable condominium with very nice view. Little to no traffic noise, but upstairs neighbor can be heard. No DVD player, but has cable TV. The code provided to access this property did not seem particularly secure and would be easy to guess.
