This house is located in quiet residential neighborhood, Minutes everything. It has 3 bedrooms, two with queen beds and a twin cot and another one with 4 twins beds.

Guest have access to entire home which includes washer and dryer in the basement. 5+ car driveway and with plenty of street parking.

• Absolutely no parties or gatherings of any kind. Only people on the booking registration could stay in the house ($250 fee)



• No Smoking 🚭($250 fee for deep cleaning and odor removal treatment)



• No Locals without approval



• Quiet hours from 10pm-7am







Snow plow services will be provided during winter months(👍)
