„This is my second stay at this property. My wife and I thoroughly enjoy the great location, intimate setting, and proximity to the Manteo waterfront. It's a quick hop over the bridge to the beach. By far, Gia is the best property owner and communicator, going way above and beyond any expectations. She is not intrusive, but sincerely dedicated to making sure every aspect of your stay is 5 stars. We love this property, and are already talking about when we can go back!“

„I stayed at this cottage at the end of May 2025 with my spouse, parents, and dog. It was a great vacation! The cottage had ample parking (3 spaces available), and all the basics needed. The cottage is 5 minute walk from the beach, and just be mindful that you have to take a staircase over the dunes in order to actually access the beach, so if you bring a lot of umbrellas and chairs and things you'll probably need to make a couple trips.
