This is a private lower-level apartment with a private entrance. Please note we live above this apartment in the main house but do not share any spaces with your apartment.



Guest Access:

Private entrance in the lower level with dedicated parking space and no stairs.



The Neighborhood:

Located in a quiet residential area close to I-581, downtown and area hospitals.



Other Things to Note:

Potential for noise from upstairs including footsteps and the occasional noise from young children.
