„Un lugar que hay que dejar claro que si buscas un HOTEL este no lo es , es un condominio muy bonito y con todo lo que necesitas para tu estancia por varios dias. „Our return trip to Casa Agave was perfect, as expected. Beautiful unit and exactly as advertised. Hacienda de Mita and Casa Agave in particular, never disappoints. The concierge support before and during the trip was fantastic and the daily onsite staff was wonderful. We will be back again. “

„The condo and resort are perfect for surfing, golfing, swimming, playing pickle ball, eating at beachfront restaurants and general relaxing.“

„The location of the property was excellent, close enough to shops and restaurants and 1 block from the beach. The section of the beach was nicer than any other area of beach as well. „This is s very nice property with an exceptional ocean front view. We were able to whale watch every day. The kitchen is compact but has everything you need to prepare meals in the condo. The bed was really comfortable. Wifi was really good and we had no connection problems at all while in the unit. You will need to get the resort password if you want access poolside. „We stayed in this condo for three months. This studio condo is quite small but well laid-out, with lots of baskets, shelves etc. to put all our stuff. We cooked a lot of our meals and the kitchen is well equipped - any other items we needed were readily supplied. The only drawback is a very small under the counter fridge with tiny freezer but we managed to work around that. We really loved the small heated pool, especially when the ocean was too rough for swimming. The rooftop deck was great ...

„We came to Sayulita for a wedding. We really enjoyed our stay at the Florence. The walk up the street is a good work out but getting a golf cart was a nice choice. The pool was a very comfortable temperature and the patio on top was great on breezy cool evenings. From the top patio we saw many parrots flying from tree to tree, they were a noisy bunch and very cute. Great accommodations!“

Disappointing experience

"The check in was really the start of the bad experience because of a system issue between Hotels.com and Iberostar, the kids age was not correct and we needed to pay a lot more unexpectedly. In addition, the room was having an issue with the fire sensor and it was constantly flashing. The solution was to add tape to cover the light during the nights. Finally, I believe that the teams and employees help a lot and provide customer service, but due to orders and because of an out of common sense management, the full holiday was ruined. So not really interested in returning to an Iberostar hotel... "

"Great Hotel in Punta Mita with excellent service. Great Pools and jacuzzis. Excellent beach, very kind and helpful staff. Food and Drink prices are exaggerated though - it costs about twice as in other good hotels in Pta Vallarta area. Overall, excellent hotel that my wife and i enjoyed a lot."
