While the property is marketed as adults only, it shares facilities with Dreams Resort, and there were kids throughout many of the common areas. This made it feel less like a true adults-only getaway. The service at the lobby was also disappointing. Staff often didn’t know basic information such as opening and closing times for restaurants and amenities. ...
