„The rooms had a stale smell. The plugs in the bathroom did not work. The mattress & sheets had stains on them. There were roaches in the rooms. My niece also stayed & we both had to leave. No way we were staying in those conditions. When we tried to get a refund they rudely told us they do not do that. When Expedia contacted them the denied it all & said they offered us a new room. For us they did not but they did for my niece & it was just as bad. Stay far, far, far away from this place! ...

„Das Zimmer hat gerochen. Zudem hat der Zimmerservice vergessen das Zimmer nach der Reinigung anzuschließen. Das Zimmer war den ganzen Tag offen. Jeder konnte das Zimmer betreten. Zum Glück wurde nichts gestohlen. Wir haben es dem Manager gesagt. Er hat sich dafür entschuldigt. Sonst aber auch nichts.“

„We preferred to have a burner cook top rather than being given upon request a well worn induction unit and only a coated fry that was scratched. We needed a cooking pot to boil eggs, but it wasn't available to work with the induction unit.
Two tread mills avaliable in the fitness area and one was broken.“
