„When we checked in to our room we took the green clean for our room. Got to our room and floors had not been swept or vacuumed. Spoke to front desk and she said they would take care of it. Returned to the hotel after being gone all day and it was not taken care of. The floor was gritty, had paper and stuff in carpet. Disgusting to walk on. We were also informed at check in there would be no elevator for our check out day. Our room was on the 4th floor. We were told to use the stairwell. Got to ...

„Was happily surprised by the quality and cleanliness of my spacious room.“

„My best friend and I stayed here and we loved it. We stayed in the Maui section in room 110. it overlooked the ocean and also the back area of the hotel, which has a fireplace a gazebo and a pool. It was just amazing.“

„Check out was at 11:00 but being 5 minutes late we got a call that we are late and should be already out of the room. I think that housekeeping called not the receptionist. “

„Nähe zum Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten super. Freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen, jedoch für uns als Paar und vier Übernachtungen völlig akzeptable.“

„Standard simple beach town hotel. Room very humid even with AC. Everything, bedlines, clothes feel damp. Housekeep ing only every 5 days or on demand. Breakfast simple, no creamcheese, no bagels, breakfast bar crowded, too small for all the guests. Staff very friendly.“

„Nice beds, but ADA bathroom was difficult because of oddly short shower curtain that allowed the tile floor to get soaked and slippery. Lots of little flying bugs in bathroom. Other than those aspects, the room was fine. Typically, the TV was difficult to navigate.“

„The worst experience. The room was filthy. The sliding door was broke with lock, Injured my right thumb trying to unlock door. The bistro bar was not operational, broken coffee maker. I now have a stye on my right eye after sleeping in that disgusting room. Asked management for a call, still have not received a ...

„First room was dirty- someone else’s hair was all in the sheets- that clearly hadn’t been changed. Switched rooms and it was somewhat cleaner. Bathroom was dirty, shower curtain was mildewed badly and the whole hotel smells musty. All linens were musty and dingy. Would not stay here again. Bed was also awful, like sleeping on box springs. Hard hard. 10/10 would not recommend if cleanliness is important to you!“

„There was a couple of big roaches we saw but otherwise it was a very good time“
