Check-in at this property is conducted in person, as required by the condominium, and should preferably take place between 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM, as stated in the listing. For arrivals outside of this timeframe, a fee of up to R$100 may be charged, subject to staff availability, especially for times well outside the standard hours. Even if the guest chooses to book an extra night to arrive earlier, such as at 6:00 AM, it is still necessary to check in advance with the team to confirm their availability for an in-person check-in at that time.
