From November 2025, come and enjoy our incredible rooftop with a swimming pool and stunning sea view! In addition to our room with a balcony and bathtub, you can also relax in our panoramic pool, perfect for leisure and contemplation moments.

With a privileged location, this accommodation is just a few steps from Copacabana beach, where you can enjoy the best of the neighbourhood. In the area, you will find the best restaurants, markets and shops for all needs, all within a few steps. Additionally, it is just 5 minutes from the charming Leme Beach and 11 minutes from Cardeal Arcoverde Metro Station, which facilitates access to other attractions in Rio de Janeiro.
The space still offers amenities that go beyond expectations, including a coworking area, ideal for those who need to reconcile leisure and work, and a practical smart supermarket, ensuring quick access to essential items without leaving the condominium. For your convenience, there is also a 1-volume luggage room and a changing room, with shower and toilet, both available free of charge to guests, in addition to 24-hour reception. Everything was designed to provide you with a stay with maximum comfort, practicality, and convenience.
Note: In order to maintain transparent communication with our guests, we inform that the works on the rooftop of Casa Rio are ongoing from Monday to Saturday.

To ensure everything goes smoothly, we ask that you pay attention to some house rules and notices:
⚠️ Cleaning, bed linen, towels, and amenities will be provided once per booking, regardless of the number of days of stay. If the guest wishes for a different frequency, the service can be contracted separately, subject to an additional cost.
⚠️ It is not permitted to make noise after 10 pm (Noise Ordinance).
⚠️ The rooftop is intended for the exclusive use of guests. Occasionally, closed events may occur, during which access to the location will be temporarily unavailable.
⚠️ To use the rooftop pool, it will be necessary to sign a term of agreement with the rules on site.
⚠️ It is not authorised to take any item from the suite to the beach, such as the beach chair.
⚠️ The building where this accommodation is located has two entrances: one on Rua Prado Júnior, 48, and another on Rua Princesa Isabel, 7. After 8 PM, access must be made only through Rua Princesa Isabel, 7.
⚠️ The accommodation sockets are 220V. Notebooks and mobile phone chargers are dual voltage (We recommend checking before use)
⚠️ The tenant must provide a list with the full names and identity documents of all people who will be staying in the apartment during their stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the reservation. People who are not on the provided list cannot enter the building.
⚠️ Important: After sending the list, it is not permitted to unregister a guest and register another immediately afterwards. In other words, there can be no exchange or replacement of guests during the stay.
⚠️ Staying in the space is exclusive to registered guests, with entry not permitted for other people.
⚠️ Separate organic waste from recyclable waste, disposing of them in different rubbish bags.
⚠️ Use the service entrance and lift when carrying luggage or swimwear.
⚠️ Our check-in is carried out from 3 pm and our check-out before 11 am. If you wish to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, please check availability.
⚠️ For each booking, we provide 1 set of bedding per bed and 1 set of towels per guest. Bed and towel linen exchange service can be contracted and paid separately. Be careful with products that may damage them, as any damaged items may be charged to your security deposit.
⚠️ All guests must send their identification document at least 24 hours before arrival.
