It’s close to the beach, shopping mall, restaurants, bars, grocery store, cinema, bank, and BRT station — all within walking distance. Jardim Oceânico subway station is about 10 minutes away by BRT. The building offers a cantina, swimming pool, and sauna. The apartment is on a high floor, quiet, and has a beautiful ocean view. We’ll do our best to make you feel at home!

This cozy apartment is in a prime location, with the beach, shopping malls, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, cinemas, and banks all within walking distance. You can reach the subway (metro) in about 10 minutes via BRT. The condominium offers a cafeteria, a pool, and a sauna. Located on a high, quiet floor, it has a lovely ocean view. We'll do everything we can to make you feel at home!

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, including an en-suite with a whirlpool tub, a guest bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. The living room features a 65-inch TV with a Wii video game, games, and streaming platforms (Netflix, Amazon, Star+, and HBO Max). There is also a balcony with a table, two chairs, and a hammock for you to lie down and relax.

Guests have access to all parts of the apartment. The back utility room is used as a storage space for cleaning supplies and other items. We ask that you only use these materials if you plan to clean or if instructed by the host.
