To ensure everything goes well, we ask you to pay attention to some house rules and notices:

⚠️ The reception is not authorized to store guests' luggage, however, if desired, you can leave your bags here at our agency.

⚠️ No noise is allowed from 10 pm (Noise Law).

⚠️ The tenant must provide a list with the full names and identity documents of all people who will be in the apartment during the stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the reservation. People who are not on the provided list cannot enter the building.

⚠️ Separate organic waste from recyclable waste, disposing of them in different garbage bags.

⚠️ Use the service entrance and elevator when carrying luggage or bath clothes.

⚠️ When leaving the apartment, check that you have turned off all electrical equipment. With non-compliance with this item, the owner may deduct R$100.00 per day from the security deposit.

⚠️ Our check-in is from 3 pm and our check-out before 11 am. If you want to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, check availability.

⚠️ For each reservation we provide 1 set of bedding per bed and 1 set of towels per guest. Bed and bath linen exchange service can be hired and paid separately. Be careful with products that may damage them, as any damaged items may be debited from your security deposit.

⚠️ Hygiene items, such as toilet paper, are provided only at the beginning of the stay and are not replenished.

⚠️ All guests must send their identification document at least 24 hours before arrival.
