This property has a lot of residential guest that are a bit sketchy all hours of the night children are running and jumping. Loud music playing This place needs to be renovated immediately and maybe keep the guest who live there on different sides from the people who are visiting. I thought this would be a good hotel with being so close to the military base but I was wrong. It was not worth my money at all

Although very accommodating, don't get a room next to elevator. Staff was very friendly and willing to help with anything. Continental breakfast was good, but would have enjoyed some OJ. Bed was surprisingly comfortable. Loved Jimmy's pizza next door. Very nice people. Good food.

The hotel smelled really old. The breakfast was just coffee and bread. We did not get clean towels or our beds made. They came into the room to get dirty towels and did not replace the towels.

Horrible horrible experience the only up side was the front desk clerk, not both but one of them the guy with dreads, the maids had their kids everyday while cleaning and it smelled like they used a dirty mop, the building is dirty and smells like cigarettes and weed and dogs, the police was at the property twice the WiFi stopped working completely and they were waiting on someone to come fix it the breakfast is a joke just bread and cereal the hotel smelled really really bad almost every night I couldn't sleep do to the loud banging above me I called and complained multiple times and was told they had kids upstairs but this was daily and all night until about 2 am please if you're staying more than 1 days DO NOT STAY HERE! I was there 29 days unfortunately after booking you can't cancel worst hotel experience in my life

Thete is new owners so they didn't have any reservations in the system, the building was painted a horrible gray, no sign. When we finally got into the room, there was no toilet tissue and had to wait 10 minutes for someone to showup at front desk!! No bar on property

The staff that greeted me upon my late night arrival was so nice and welcoming! Our room was clean and cozy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay! The breakfast options and duration time was good and worked out well! I was in town for my sons military graduation and the location was perfect literally could see the base from the property!

Breakfast was minimal. No cups at water cooler. No paper towels in lobby men's restroom. Afriend of front desk management was vaping in area of no vaping. Need more? Emptied one trash can in room and did not leave coffe for next day. I went from average to below average quickly.

I really liked the room, the layout was good, shower had great pressure, and having a fridge was really nice, as well as the convenience of closeness to stores food and military base but the breakfast was meh, the coffee was horrible, and definitely could have been cleaner.

The fact that it was a pet friendly facility was a huge plus. The night clerk that checked me in was fantastic. This gentleman went above and beyond to ensure that I had a pleasant stay. I didn’t understand why a hotel this large only had one luggage cart servicing the entire hotel. The complimentary breakfast was a classic example that you get what you pay for…… The property was not well maintained. There was a constant cooked food smell as soon as you entered the rear entrance on the ground floor. The bed was extremely hard and made a loud aluminum banging sound ( the base was aluminum) every time you laid on the right side. My seven year old daughter was unable to use the sofa bed because it was in a state of disrepair which necessitated her sleeping with me and my Wife.

Room wasn't ready at 355pm no towels in our room almost no toilet paper cleaning lady couldn't speak English people banning on wals and yelling all night

Not enough pillows only 2 was provided. No coffee pot in the room like the advertisement said it would be. Then I started noticing the room had roaches, the real small ones and the big ones. I’m not a bug person I won’t be staying here again.
