Der Teil, in dem wohnten, war gerade frisch renoviert und hervorragend. Außerdem war die Lage etwas am Rande der Stadt für unsere Zwecke super.

WE DID NOT FEEL VERY SAFE THE BACK DOOR FROM PARKING LOT WAS WIDE OPEN FOR NONGUESTS TO WALK IN THERE WERE SEVERAL NON-HOTEL GUESTS - EVERY DAY -SITTING BY THE BACK DOOR FROM THE PARKING LOT ALL DAY — WHO ALSO LINGERED IN & AROUND THE LOBBY — THE RECEPTIONISTS WERE AWARE BUT DIDN’T CORRECT THE PROBLEM

1st morning we had hot water. Next 2 days it got progressively colder. I reported it and was told someone would call me back. They didn't. 4th morning we did have hot water. Other issue was that no one told us that our room would not be cleaned unless we requested it. When I inquired, I was told that I should have been informed of this new policy when I checked in. I hadn't. There wasn't any sugnage about this in our room either. I am fine with my bed not being made each day and reusing sheets/towels but at least come into room and empty trash and make sure I have toilet paper! Last, we had an issue with noise from another room - yelling at each other. It only happened the last night and the hotel staff did address it. I realize that this was not the hotels fault. Breakfast was a step above the usual buffet.

I dont love Holiday Inn because they have opposed political change for years that I care about, so i would have never chosen a Holiday Inn to stay at, but this was a very new building , the room was clean, and I was near the elevator, but it was quite anyway. This room was chosen for me. Im honest, so I am giving them a good review, but I will NEVER chose Holiday Inn because of their corporate political activism.

this is a very good hotel it is very nice and clean the rooms where nicer and cleaner they the ones at Quality in North . The staff were nice and friendly unlike Quality in North . I would recommend this hotel.

Hard to figure out how to get to the front door from the street. The property was bigger than I expected. But our room had a constant dripping noise throughout the night. The coffee table was unbalanced it rocked whenever you laid something on it. But it was cool just a few tidbit things.

Cleanliness was exceptional! My only complaint was the doors separating joining rooms need to be thicker/more sound proof. But can’t pick your neighbors 😂. Hotel was overall excellent!

I was pleasantly surprised how clean this hotel was. Location was great. It was close to a new shopping center and about 10 mins from the heart of Richmond. The bed was very comfortable and that they provide full size dove brand shampoo, conditioner, and lotion in their rooms ( major plus for me )

We needed a hotel near U of Richmond and this HI Express was close to the Antique mall and nice restaurants. Even though it room was next to the elevator we couldn't hear a thing. The beds were comfortable.

Michael was fantastic at check in let us check in early. Room was very nice and clean, shower got nice and hot, plenty of towels, bed was comfortable, breakfast was really nice with lots of options. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this property.

They need to be better at frontdesk, they're so dismissive, after 4 days they kept greeting me with "checking in?" Breakfast desperately needs more options, at least one more eggs dish and for god sakes, one veggie side at least! I asked through expedia, several weeks before, for some lactose free milk and they ignored me... And please use some washable china! Using disposable plates, forks, spoons, bowls and cups is so irresponsible...
