The space
The open floor plan flows seamlessly from the spacious living room into the dining room, kitchen and onto the covered side and rear porches—perfect for entertaining.
Our open concept living area is perfect for relaxing, with comfortable seating and a sofa that turns into a queen size bed for extra sleeping space. Enjoy any of your favorite shows on the 65-inch 4K smart TV.

The modern and spacious dining room features a dining table that can accommodate 4 guests, and there are 4 additional handmade beautiful stool chairs for casual dining in the stylish and highly functional kitchen with stainless steel appliances. There is also a toddler highchair in the dining room where your child can comfortably eat.

The spacious dining area also features a Foosball and Air hockey table, a Dart board on the wall and many board games for all the fun.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook and prepare meals, including pots and frying pans, an electric stove, blender, toaster, rice cooker, electric kettle, coffee maker, with lots of mugs and a selection of coffee and teas. The kitchen leads onto a covered side and rear porches with outdoor chairs in a fenced backyard - ideal for entertaining.

The backyard is equipped with gas grill for BBQ and summer outdoor fun and a fire pit for those who enjoy outdoor fire camping.

On the first floor, there is a convenient half bathroom.

Upstairs, you’ll find three generously sized bedrooms with huge closets, including a primary suite with double closets and a tiled ensuite bath.

The private suite is equipped with a luxurious king bed, night stands with USB ports and wireless charging station, and an en-suite bathroom. The room also features a 55-inch 4K smart TV and two spacious closets. This room also features a cozy toddler bed/crib.

The second bedroom has a cozy queen bed, night stand with charging ports, a closet for storage and kids’ toys and books. There is also a yoga mat for people who love morning or evening yoga

The third bedroom also has a queen bed, night stand with charging ports, and a closet. This third room leads to second-floor veranda/deck which offers yet another outdoor retreat. This room also features a working desk with writing amenities.

The hall bath features a skylight, tile floors, and a subway tile surround for timeless style.

Your stay is enhanced with essential amenities, including high-speed WIFI, central heating and air conditioning, a convenient washer and dryer and additional ceiling fan in each room.

Outside, a cozy, grassy, fenced backyard invites you to the outdoors with a gas grill for BBQ and a fire pit.
