Verbesserungswürdig: Ausstattung
There were bugs crawling everywhere in the room. So I had to go down to the reception to request another room. I had driven 200 miles and it was 8 pm when as tired as I was I also had to deal with the bug issue.
Also no elevator makes it very difficult for an older person like myself to carry my bags etc
This hotel is way lower than my expectations considering $738 or so for 5 nights stay! For that amount one expects a better, cleaner, bug free room and better amenities.
I'll have to look for alternate accommodations but am not sure if I would be able to find any other place at such a short notice!
Also the front desk person checking me in, did not mention the Kadlec Hospital corporate rate, as if they would have, it could have saved me $200 plus.
Another front desk person Susan was very unprofessional and rude when I requested the corporate rate information. Not staying here ever again!
