„DO NOT book here we booked a 3 day trip we booked it a month in advance the host we didn’t have a tv for the first 2 days the host dosent respond at ALL there were no extra blankets or pillows for anyone there are broken cabinets the light dosent work in a room. The host finally responds 2 days later and sends someone to bring a TV the host only responded when convient for them we called multiple times no answer EVER for anything the host is very unhelpful we get ahold of the host they agree to ...

„We loved the house and the hosts were exceptional, thoughtful, attentive, and always looking for ways to improve the property and enhance the guest experience. You can tell they genuinely have their guests' best interests in mind. This is our third stay at their place, and each visit has been outstanding. Their hospitality consistently elevates our time in Reno and is a big reason we keep coming back. Highly recommended.“
