„The Ellison was great! I called to see if we could possibly check in a little bit early or if we could hang out at the pool until a room was ready and the front desk attendant was extremely friendly and helpful. He got us into our room and we were able to hit the rooftop pool. The pool and bar area are beautiful- great couch areas to hang out in the shade and the drinks were fantastic (~$10 for cocktails). The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. We would definitely stay there again.“

„Fabulous, charming hotel! Excellent, friendly staff! We loved it! Extremely clean! Very convenient parking!
Ate dinner in dining room- food was very good. Had dinner guests with us and everyone liked everything except the cookie. It tasted kind of strange. Abby was sweet and helpful.
The head bartender was great! Very attentive and friendly! Also helped me get in the room when I couldn’t work the lock.
Makeup mirror would be a welcome addition! 😉

„The customer service was amazing. I had some complications booking with an outside party and I got charged twice. That outside party was unhelpful so I was very stressed on arrival. Isiah who greeted me at the front desk was very kind. He even stepped to the back for awhile & came back saying it’s handled! He contacted the company and got everything fixed for me, it was unexpected and put me at ease. A problem that wasn’t theirs to fix, so it was above and beyond service. The hotel room was ...

„Staff was wonderful! Hotel decor was beautiful and room was very spacious!!!! Some construction in the area was a little unsightly but not the hotel’s fault of course. Botanical gardens right across the street. “
