Safety and ease of entry are assured with our keypad powered self-check-in and check-out system, giving you the flexibility to plan your arrival and departure. Besides, we comply with all necessary safety protocols, including smoke alarms, a carbon monoxide alarm, and a fire extinguisher.

Respect our house rules for a seamless stay: keep the occupancy limit, avoid smoking, pets, and disruptive behavior, and abide by check-in/out times. A Rehoboth Beach Parking Pass is available during peak season (May 15 - September 15) for non-metered areas (replacement fee $300 if lost or not returned).

*Any guests beyond the number listed on your itinerary will be charged a $50 per person per night penalty. We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy (#guests)

*CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: - Check-in is after 4pm, and check-out is by 10:30am. Arriving slightly earlier, or want that extra hour to sleep? Should be fine, but please check with me first.

*OCCUPANCY: - I understand that for a whole verity of reasons, you may want additional guests to stay in the place. In the event that you want additional guests to stay, please contact me to let me know. I’m reasonable and will accommodate wherever possible.

*AGE REQUIREMENTS: - There is a minimum age requirement of 21+. Guests under the age of 21 are still entirely welcome – they will just need to be accompanied by parents or guardians.

*NO SMOKING: - There is no smoking of any kind in the house. If you need to smoke, you can step out to the curb and pocket your butt.

*DRUGS: Illicit drugs - What you do in your personal time is entirely up to you, but when staying at my place I have a strict no drug use policy. This is just the law… not so much one of my rules.

*BEHAVIOR: - If you’re coming to Rehoboth or Dewey to party you’ve picked a great beach to do so. Unfortunately, just not at my place. Though I'm sure it won’t come to it, serious complaints of unruly behavior will, unfortunately, result in you being asked to leave. Not good for you. Not good for me. Any excessive necessary cleaning is subject to an additional cleaning fee.

*DAMAGE: - I understand that accidents happen. But I do ask that you please let me know when they do. Chances are I can fix them as effortlessly as possible which also means better chances of having your full security deposit returned too.

*BARBEQUE/GRILLING: - Unfortunately since it’s a multi-unit building grilling of any kind is strictly prohibited. Even outside on the patio, in or near the building (this includes gas and charcoal grills). Violating this rule will result in forfeiture of security deposit and you may be asked to vacate.

*CLEANLINESS: - Whilst I do a thorough professional clean between each guest stay, I kindly ask that prior to leaving, you put any dirty dishes or kitchenware used in the sink and put used towels on the floor by the laundry closet. If you'd be so kind to take your trash to one of the dumpsters outside; it helps us get through the cleaning process quicker and allows me to keep cleaning costs down for you and future guests.

*AMENITIES: - The easiest way to disrupt an enjoyable stay is a plumbing problem. To prevent this, we kindly ask you to please place things like sanity napkins in the sanitary bin we’ve provided in the bathroom. We simply want to ensure you have a royal flush kind of holiday :)

*ELECTRICITY: - To keep our costs down (and pass those savings on to our guests) we kindly ask that you switch off lights and the A/C or heating when it’s not in use or leaving the house. Mother nature thanks you too.

*SECURITY: - To ensure full safety of my guest’s belongings, please keep the front door locked as a precautionary measure. Whilst being one of the safest areas of town, I want to ensure every guest stay remains problem free, and this is just one small + simple thing we’re able to do to ensure that.

*ACCESS: - Please help avoid problems for everybody and stay out of locked closets and cabinets.

*NOISE: - To be considerate to the other residents/guests, I kindly ask you to keep things on the quieter side after 11 pm. And if you want to listen to music, please remember others and enjoy via headphones or in your personal space.

*LAUNDRY: - Washer and Dryer use is available for guests. Please clean the lint trap after each use.

* BEACH: - Please rinse the sand off to minimize the amount of sand tracked into the unit.

You're welcome to use the Rehoboth Beach Parking Pass which is only required during peak season May 15 - September 15 and is good for use in non-metered parking areas. Please note that if lost or not returned, there is a replacement fee of $300.

Great place!

My husband and I stayed at this gem of condo and we had an enjoyable time. It was very clean, beautifully furnished and the beds and furniture were super comfortable. Even though it was very close to the heart of Rehoboth with its many great restaurants and outlets, it was quiet and peaceful. Jason provided all the info we needed to easily gain access to the property and he was always quick to respond. I highly recommend staying at this condo instead of a hotel as the value you get is outstanding. Comparatively, there is much more room to spread out, the kitchen is fully equipped and there is a full size washer and dryer inside the unit. Excellent place and host!

Overall, the property was good. The layout and size was perfect for 2 couples. I was disappointed with the cleanliness, the floors were filthy and there was dust in many corners. There wasn't enough toilet paper, we needed to supply one roll of our own.One corner on both area rugs was curled up and created a tripping hazard.

The location was great and since it was off-season, there was no noise, traffic, etc. The property met our needs, however, it was evident that repairs and improvements were in progress. The manager had excellent communication and direction about accessing the property and we felt very secure until we realized that only on gate was actually secured while the others remained open all the time. Overall, we would stay here again.

Very comfortable centrally located condo.

We rented the condo in the fall for a long weekend. It is very easy to get to Rt 1 taking you to Lewes or Rehoboth. The main bedroom features a king size bed which is much appreciated as many condos seem to only have queens. Fully equipped galley kitchen was nicely appointed with all the basics and everything functioned well. This was great for breakfast and the night we decided to cook dinner at the condo. Plenty of dinnerware and glasses as well if you have several guests staying with you.

Great location in a nice area!

We loved our stay! We were there for Sports at the Beach baseball. Location convenient to those fields and Rehoboth/Lewes area! Beautifully decorated! Beds and furniture comfortable! Excellent location for our bike trip. Junction Breakwater trail was right at the end of the street. Coffee at the Wawa in the mornings and privacy for two couples sharing the condo. We each had our own bathrooms and comfortable accommodations.

Very nice condo, perfect size for 2adults and toddler. Easy access to Rt. 1 and convenient to outlets. Very quiet even though complex isn’t too far off Rt. 1. Basic cooking items provided; if planning to do a lot of cooking I’d recommend bringing your own spices/condiments. Jason responded quickly to inquiries. Overall had an enjoyable stay and would stay again.
