The space
This bottom floor apartment is located behind our wonderful house two blocks off of Rehoboth Avenue and two blocks from the beach!
Inside the space you will find a full sized kitchen equipped with a stove, microwave, oven, full size refrigerator, pots and pans, and basic spices. Connected to the kitchen is a bright living room space with a couch (sofa bed), comfy rocking chair, and a small dining room table with two chairs.
Right off of the living room is a nice sized private patio with comfy outdoor furniture. Perfect for soaking up the sun!
The bedroom has a queen size bed. Inside the bedroom is a full bathroom. The bedroom door leads out to a nice sized back yard. This back yard is shared with the two other rental units on the property. There is a grill and outdoor shower located in this area.

***Linens are not provided. Guests will need to bring towels and linens for one queen sized bed and full size pull out couch. ***
