Two full baths with showers keep mornings running smoothly, and each bedroom has its own smart TV, for seven smart TVs in all, so everyone can watch what they like.

As a bonus, all beds will be made upon arrival, and each guest will receive a towel set with a bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth. Bath mats and kitchen towels are included. Please note that beach towels are not provided.

Outside, relax one of the two lovely screened porches, rinse off after a day at the beach in the outdoor shower, or fire up the charcoal grill for a backyard cookout. Driveway parking adds to your convenience, and four beach chairs are provided so you can head to the shore without hauling numerous in your car.

Inside, central A/C keeps you cool all summer, and an electric fireplace adds a cozy glow on chilly evenings. The lower level game/bunk room, stocked with puzzles, games, and books, makes rainy days and family game nights something to look forward to. The gorgeous kitchen features a full-size oven range, a microwave, a dishwasher, a drip coffee maker, and a K-cup machine so everyone gets their perfect cup, and the on-site washer and dryer means you can pack light.

You’re close to casual and fine dining in downtown Rehoboth, and you can bike or walk (for those who are able) to the beach, boardwalk, and unique shops. Guests pay a $250 cleaning fee for all stays. The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This is an additional fee that will NOT be included on VRBO.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards for your initial deposit. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your arrival date, and will be automatically charged to your card on file if not paid prior to the due date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card.

VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation.
