    Enjoy a well-deserved break from the ordinary at this spacious, exquisitely furnished, four-bedroom condo. Bike or walk to Rehoboth and Dewey Beach or stick closer to home and take advantage of the community's three outdoor pools and tennis courts. Additional attractions right next door include restaurants, a golf course, and Jungle Jim's Waterpark. Within 10 miles, find more excellent restaurants, mini-golf, go-karts, bowling, a movie theater, the Breakwater Bike Trail, Gordons Pond State Park Area, and the Lewes Historical Society Main Campus. Inside this very stylish, three-story vacation rental, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a Keurig, and counter seating to make meal prep a breeze! Dine at the adjacent table or bust out a few board games on rainy days. After meals, relax with one of the provided books in the front sunroom or settle into one of two living areas, both with TVs for streaming all your favorite channels. You'll also find a quiet, top-floor loft with a sofa and a desk and chair perfect for remote work. When it's time to turn in, choose from four comfortable bedrooms, all of which include en suite bathrooms and smart TVs for your convenience. This home also includes high-speed internet access, air conditioning, and a washer/dryer to let you pack light for your trip. Delaware Accommodations Intermediary License #2024712698 Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. Cable is not provided. The owner provides DirecTV streaming with 140 channels and guests may stream using their own accounts on the home's smart TVs. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. Outstanding Vacation Venue

Just loved this vacation home. Accommodations were first class, very clean, not far from the beach and shopping, and the pool was just outside the front door...highly recommend..we're considering reupping next summer!

The house was perfect for our entire family. It had plenty of room to accommodate us all, quiet and was clean and had everything my family needed for a perfect vacation! My family and grandchildren had a fabulous time in the pool. We had such a great time we maybe back next year!

House was nice and clean, plenty of beds and TVs throughout. Wii games and lots of board games for kids. Right across from pool entrance, location was perfect - quick drive to all the boardwalk has to offer. Would stay here again!

Amazing Home

We absolutely loved this home for our family stay. It was beautifully decorated, very clean, lots of room, comfy beds and such a great kitchen supplied with all you will need to cook or bake. I mile from the beach/board walk, nearby outlets and restaurants. The community pool was beautiful and right across the street from our front door. I can’t say enough about this home. We will rebook for sure!

Amazing home. Beautifully decorated, super clean, so much room to gather, cook and sleep. Pool was right outside the front door so that was great. Very nice pool also and community of people. Had every supply needed to cook in the kitchen. Board walk and beach 1 mile away. I can’t say enough…we will rebook for sure.

Great family stay at Rehoboth

This property was clean, Friendly, easy, accommodating and very close to the beach. The pool was right outside the door which was great hut also had good security for small children. Lots of other families in the neighborhood. Me and my family had a great time

Perfect Family Time

Three generations had an amazing time together!! Lots of laughter and beautiful memories made! The home was spacious enough to enjoy time as a whole group and also allowed for privacy for individual families. (The bathrooms connected to each bedroom was a major plus!) Very close location to local grocery stores, restaurants, etc. A quick drive to both Dewey and Rehoboth areas. We also enjoyed a relaxing pool day right on the property! Looking to book again for next summer!

Absolutely beautiful, clean, well stocked, extremely spacious house for a large group. We were 9 women and had plenty of space. We cooked and used the pool and took the quick drive to Rehoboth for the beach and dinner out. It was great!

Beautiful Beach Home

This property is clean, spacious, beautifully appointed and located in a quiet community. The home comes equipped with tons of amenities, comfortable beds/furniture, and a community pool located directly across from the home. Our combined family vacation of 9 people had plenty of space to sleep, relax, and unwind. The home is also conveniently located with Rehoboth Beach and Coastal Highway just a short car ride away. 2023 Family JazzFest

We absolutely loved 4404 Sandpiper!! This is our 4th year attending JazzFest and by far this was our favorite property. We plan to book 4404 next year as well. The carpet could use a good shampooing but other than that, THIS will be our spot for 2024 Family JazzFest!

Great stay for a group

Our group of 9 stayed the weekend for the Rehoboth Half Marathon in December. The house was very clean, spacious, nicely decorated and well-equipped. There are a lot of extra seating/living spaces so we have plenty of room to spread out. Parking was convenient for a big group of adults with several cars. Would've been good to know that the "coffee pot" listed is a Keurig (we brought ground coffee not K cups) but aside from that we had everything we needed for a nice weekend. Appreciated the huge cabinet full of games!

Great beach house

House has tons of room. Every bedroom has a bathroom attached. Good for multiple couples / friends. Spacious down stairs hang out area in living room and kitchen. Our baby was sleeping in one of the bedrooms and was not disturbed by the adults staying up late. Check in and check out very easy. Parking outside the front door. Less than 10 min drive to beach. Pool was very nice, 20 steps from our front door. Definitely would stay again!
