„The hotel is nice and looks like it is well maintained. The front desk staff was not so pleasant. When checking out I asked about coffee and the feed back I got was we don’t give coffee for free. I told I could pay for it. Dah She explained since I booked thru Expedia, like it was a no no, she didn’t Have a receipt. Understandable but the tone was not acceptable. Hate that because u do have a nice property.“

„The property is undergoing renovations so there was the expected construction dust and things around. However that night the fire alarm went off and they evacuated the hotel for safety precautions! I had just dozed off, there was a small child who was scared to death! The gentleman at the front desk looked terrified and he was on two separate phones he looked a nervous wreck!“

„Hotel liegt nur ein paar hundert Meter vom Flughafen Roanoke entfernt. In Gehweite (ca. 5 min) ist eine Einkaufmall und ein Walmart. Das Zimmer war komplett ausgestattet mit kleinem Bad/Wanne und Kochzeile inkl. Sitzgelegenheit. Das Rezeptionspersonal war freundlich und half bei Problemen. Das Frühstück fand ich etwas dürftig, da nicht viel Auswahl und nur auf Plastikgeschirr (scheint wohl typisch amerikanisch zu sein...) Insgesamt trotzdem gut, wenn man nach der Ankunft nicht mehr lange ...
