This was a trip for my Daughter’s wrestling sections. First I wanna say customer service was great. When we arrived our wait time was less than 5 mins. They overbooked so we didn’t get the doubled bed room we booked. Other guest were having issues with their room keys. The clerk had to stop helping us with check-in to attend to that issue. We chose this hotel because it advertised a pool/game room however at check-in we were told that there was no pool. This was very disappointing as we were traveling with 3 kids that were excited about swimming. The room was honestly ran down. It felt dirty! If this hotel was wasn’t 3 hours away from home and my daughter didn’t have another round of sections the next day we would have left that night. There was stains all over the pull out couch cushions. The pull out bed I kid you not looked like it was borrowed from the 60’s. There were old cake wrappers stuffed inside. One of our room keys didn’t work as well. I was really disappointed, we had it booked for 2 nights but checked out the next day. Probably one of my top 3 bad experiences with a hotel/airbnb stay.

There is never anyone at the front desk. Wifi works part of the time. The outside of the hotel is in major need of repair. Not even a hot pot of coffee in the morning. No one at the desk when I and other guests checked out at 7:30 this morning

Third World quality. You get what you pay for this day in age. Man at the desk was very friendly and tried to be as helpful as he could. television would not work at all When we got it fixed was very limited on choices of channels. I just wanted to watch Sunday night football and when I finally found the broadcast only choice I had was the Spanish broadcast. With poor reception. Bed did not have any kind of bedspread on it, mirror in room was dirty, fixtures in the bathroom very very old and fungus stained tub. The review that described it is grimy and not safe was fairly accurate. As I stated, the gentleman at the front desk was friendly and trying to do as much as he could in fixing the TV, and eventually did get the problem fixed. I travel 2 to 3 nights a week And will never make this mistake again. I don’t know what I was thinking this time.

Although it's certainly not The Ritz, it did the job for the one night we had to stay in the area, and we couldnt beat the price! The front desk gentleman was very nice and accommodating, the room was clean and they had a shuttle going to and from the casino for the concert. We stayed Thurs. night through Fri. morning and they had a decent continental breakfast available.

Location is good. Lobby is B-squad at best. Rooms are acceptable but nothing special. Exterior has been partial done for MONTHS. Scaffolds still present near the front door. Groundskeeping is poor.

This is a two part review. Our room was what we needed. It was clean and had all the necessities for our one night stay. The bedding wasn’t fancy but served it’s purpose. The checkin was smooth. They had stepped away from the counter, but left a number to call and the gentleman was right down. He was friendly and professional. So in both respects this was good. Now the other part: The building is quite dilapidated. The paint is peeling everywhere and there were numerous holes in some of the boards. The sign and the condition on the building made it seem like it was abandoned. There were a few cars out front so I knew that was not the case. The entry was cluttered and very uninviting. There were a few broken tiles just past the desk and the carpet in the halls is quite outdated and stained. They had air fresheners in the outlets, which I had never seen before in any of my stays at other hotels. So to recap: One one hand the room was quite clean and adequate and the staff was great, but on the other hand the building needs work and the clutter all around plus the peeling paint makes it look dodgy.

No staff at the front desk, it took 15min just to find someone to check-in. Was unable to find someone for check out. Trash on floor of room. Breakfast area not clean. Building is overall run down.

Not impressed
Room was great except only had two towels and no wash cloths. Cable didnt work so well. In and out reception. Ice machine not working. Not much to choose from for morning breakfast. Flooring in halls lumpy and uneven. Siding peeling but we were told they were in process of fixing it. Charged quite a bit considering not really any amnemities!

We were 2 of about 6 people in the hotel. The inside of the hotel was OK. The exterior was being renovated, stipped of paint and looked terrible. After a new paint job it should be much better

It was quiet. If you are not a person accustomed to the grimier bits of the world, of travel, of humanity, you will not feel safe or comfortable here. Certainly do not bring children.

This hotel needs some work. Pool not operational. No desk attendant to speak with just a phone number to call. No breakfast the next morning even though clearly stated Still charged a resort fee for what I do not know.

This hotel misrepresents itself in photographs online. It looked clean and decent when we booked it, but upon arrival we saw construction debris outside, peeling paint everywhere, people smoking weed outside, stains from water damage, dirty floors and sheets, musty smell covered up with chemicals, lack of lighting or help in the lobby, etc. We were forced to find another hotel nearby as we did not feel safe. The hotel charged us a fee and refused to refund the booking or the fee. HORRIBLE! Later at another hotel we spoke to other people and they had the same experience. Even the people in town are ashamed of it. Book a different hotel in the area if you are going there.

I'll start wih the bad stuff. The first impression was not good. The exterior is in the midst of being painted, and whomever was doing that work left their tools lying around all weekend. And in looking at another review, they were lying around all week took. there's also weeds in the sidewalk and driveway. But, once inside the impression was better. The lobby looked nice. On the sign outside the hotel it says "Indoor Pool" but the pool was closed for maintenance. Also, the wi-fi did not work and I had to use my phone to get access to the Internet for my computer. Breakfast - they had no one paying attention to it. So when I went they were out of eggs. I would have had to track someone down if I wanted eggs. It's like they put out the food and don't monitor it. Staff was friendly, room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Bathroom had a heating lamp which is nice so you don't shiver when you're drying off after a shower. Water pressure was fine.

There are tools and supplies laying all over outside for and apparent siding job which must be on hold as I saw no progress over the course of the week I stayed there. The outside is a disaster, you have to walk over tools, cords and hoses just to access the front door. Water leaks out of the tub spout so bad that the water pressure on the shower head was weak to say the least.

location was convenient but needs a whole lot of maintenance and fixing-pool was closed, outside siding was in terrible shape. Room door lock was only held in place by the frame-whole mechanism in the frame was missing. The one person we saw was friendly.

As we pulled up we didn't even think it was a running hotel. The parkin lot was barely cleared of snow for parking. Vehicles parked right in front just sitting there along with a lawnmower sitting in snow. At check in the staff member was nice and accommodating after asking for a different room. Paint job looked updated and fresh but sheets/bedding was not.

Well first of all they do false advertising a second we got there we had to wait almost 15 minutes for someone to come to the front desk then we get to our room it is not even handicap accessible but I have troubles getting to the room because the parking lot had not been plowed it was nothing but a sheet of ice once we did get to the room I couldn't move around on it at all it was not even a handicap room the only thing handicap about it was the bars in the bathroom and when we checked out we couldn't get nobody to come to the front counter and we checked out at 8:00 in the morning so anything after that that's on them

Very bad we haad place rooark the parking lot was huge utit was not plowed we vot stuck tryig drive intothe property we couldnt get a cart ro thecar dor our luggage ince we didget in and here was so much ice it was ridiculous there was inly two employees the whole time the same two so u had to ring a bell and wait for them to xomefrom the rooom they were stayingi there was no vending machines ao we had to gi to the store to get anything and theroos wedd filjthy we had to switch rooms andthen request cleanlinnen to make rhe bed out selfces

Stayer beware
Not recommended hotel! Run down nit as pictured. Customer service left alot to be desired. Checkin 3pm and no one at counter to help when he did arrive looked like he just woke up. All staff vehivles parked under unload area in front if door. Lawn mowner chained to front post in front of door. Small tv they want you to add personal info in to watch. Left at 7am no one at desk. Suppose to have breakfast none out anywhere. Coffee not made fresh was cold. Stack of mattresses in front if apparently rooms nit used. Stains on towels. I could go on and on but you get the point! Took a 100 dollar deposit when i should be the one asking for refund!
