Sierra Landing is located in a quiet west Redding neighborhood, just minutes from Mary Lake’s scenic walking trails. You’ll be a short drive from Whiskeytown Lake, Shasta Lake, downtown Redding, Bethel Church, and Mercy Medical.
This central location offers quick access to hiking, boating, fishing, and shopping—while still giving you a peaceful place to relax. Enjoy tree-lined streets, great stargazing, and that laid-back Northern California vibe.

A personal vehicle is recommended to fully enjoy the lakes and surrounding attractions. Sierra Landing offers private parking for multiple vehicles, including a dedicated spot for RV or boat trailers.
We’re 10 minutes to downtown Redding, 15 minutes to Shasta Lake, 10 minutes to Whiskeytown, and just a few blocks to Mary Lake. An EV charger is also available on-site for electric vehicles.

🔹 The saltwater pool is not heated but is open seasonally for refreshing dips during warmer months (typically May–September).
