Upon entry into this beautifully remodeled townhome you will walk into our open concept living room with a wood burning fireplace, flat screen TV/satellite, fold-out queen sofa sleeper, the half bath, and our spacious kitchen with lots of counter space for food prep. Up the stairs on the middle floor you will find 2 bedrooms, and the fully stocked laundry area housing a stackable washer/dryer. The master bedroom ensuite houses a king sized bed, smart TV and a private South facing balcony looking towards Main Street and the seemingly Evergreen Kit Carson National Forest. Master bathroom features a large glass shower and bidet! The guest bedroom features a king sized bed, smart TV, and has access to the hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Now if you continue on up the last flight of stairs to the third room you will find two twin beds, each with a twin pop up trundle (these may be pushed together to create two more king beds to accommodate adults... There is outdoor furniture and a gas firepit for guests enjoyment.



This home offers Smart TVs and Wi-Fi when you want to put your feet up, relax and enjoy your evenings after an activity filled day, now you have the amenities to do so including our newest addition, a gas grill to create some tasty meals! This property has beautiful views from each of the decks/balconies and is located a short distance from downtown where there is so much to do from dining in the local eateries/wineries to shopping to exploring our great outdoors with many activities such as skiing, snowmobiling, ziplining, nature trails, hikes, off-road trails, fishing, hunting, horseback riding jeep tours, festivals and so much more!
