Upon entry into this lovely home you will walk into the open concept living room/dining area! The living room brings warmth and comfort with a wood burning stove/fireplace, flat screen TV, wet bar and comfy leather furniture.. The dining room plus the bar make up for great seating and entertainment when enjoying fine meals and a well desereved coffee break at our coffee station! Continue beyond the dining area to the left, and you will find to your cozy kitchen complete with lots of counterspace for meal prep, black appliances, dishwasher, Mr. Coffee coffee pot, dishes, pots/pans, anything you and your family may need while staying with us.



To the left down the short halllway by the kitchen is our ground floor bedroom housing a king sized bed, fold out queen sleeper and smart TV! Across the hall you'll have access to the full bath with a large glass shower door and laundry area.



Next to the kitchen you will find the back door/foyer, perfect place for housing winter/fishing gear. Now heading on up the stairs you will find the queen sized en suite that over looks the river below and majestic mountains beyond with its very own private full bathroom on the right. To the left you'll find the large bunk room suite. Complete with a wood burning stove, two queen beds, full/twin bunk bed, a large comfy sofa, and flat screen TV. This room has access to a private full bath complete with shower/tub, throne and his/her sinks and a large closet for luggage!



Outside you may sit around the table and enjoy the great outdoors while watching your pets play in the semi-fenced yard or the children feed the ducks as they float down the babbling river while trout fishing. Guests have access to the gas Grill, and wood Firepit.



This home is complete with Fiber Optic WiFi, Samsung TV and Smart TV apps. So when you want to kick back and enjoy your evenings after a fun filled day then you have the amenities to do so... This home has gorgeous views from each of the decks/balconies and is located a hop, skip and a jump from downtown where there is so much to do from dining in the local eateries to shopping to exploring our great outdoors with many activities such as skiing, snowmobiling, ziplining, nature trails, hikes, off-road trails, fishing, hunting, horseback riding, jeep tours, festivals and so much more! This mountainous retreat is great as a romantic vacation or a family destination generation after generation.
