Upon entry into this lovely mountain home you will walk into the mud room where you can store your shoes and coats making you feel quite at home, just beyond opens into the warm and cozy living room complete with a wood burning fireplace, flat screen TV/DVD Player, the traditional dining area with a wooden table large enough for the entire entourage! You’ll also find the updated kitchen finished with sparkling modern rustic granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, no-slam cupboards, a giant window that looks out towards the covered deck and the river beyond where you can cast a line or two for our local rainbow trout! Off the living area you’ll find the Master Bedroom complete with a king sized bed, flat screen TV/DVD Player, a large stackable washer/dryer and a full bathroom complete with a large rock/tile/glass shower, granite countertops and his/her sinks. Up the stairs you will find 2 bedrooms each housing a king sized bed and flat screen TV/DVD Player, a shared ¾ bathroom with a new tile/glass shower, modern rustic granite top sink and the den which includes a flatscreen TV/DVD Player, queen sofa sleeper and a twin sleeper for additional sleeping quarters, a kitchenette and a coffee bar! Walk out onto the deck and breathe in all the crisp mountain air and listen to nature including the elk bugles from the surrounding Carson National Forest during the Autumn rut! Now if you go downstairs below the main level (kitchen/living room) you will come to another kitchen area, card table for games, a single car garage housing a ping-pong table and the fourth bedroom finished with a queen sized bed and private ½ bath... Outside you have a large complete fenced yard for your little ones to run off that energy or for your furry friends you decided to bring! There is a firepit with plenty of seating where family and friends can sit around and tell stories, roast marshmallows and reminisce about the good ‘ol days! Or jump into our large brand new 6 person hot tub and revive those tired/sore muscles from a good day of hiking, fishing and/or skiing. There are two parking areas at our mountain home, so plenty of space for the whole gang and the toys! You can just jump on and head for the trails straight from the driveway! (Please be mindful of your neighbors and all local speed/traffic laws).



This home is complete with a tankless water heater providing constant hot water for our guests, Fiber Optic WiFi and satellite TV so when you want to kick back and enjoy your evenings after a fun filled day then you have the amenities to do so... This home has gorgeous views from all the decks/balconies and is located just a short distance (4.5 miles/10 minute drive) from downtown where there is so much to do from dining in the local eateries to shopping to exploring our great outdoors with many activities such as skiing, snowmobiling, ziplining, nature trails, hikes, off-road trails, fishing, hunting, horseback riding, jeep tours, festivals and so much more! This mountainous retreat is great as a romantic vacation or a family destination generation after generation.
