The hands down best thing about this property was the beds…. No lumps, comfortable bedding, pillows that don’t disappear when you put your head down. The best sleeping experience of our last 5 hotels. The rooms were clean and while the area was nothing scenic… it had close access to dining and essential shops. The only down side was housekeeping showing up early to clean the room on checkout day while I was in the shower. Then, as apparently we were the last room to clean they waited for us to leave. As my wife tends to run late we were hassled despite the building clearly being empty for being a few minutes late for checkout.

The front door area was shut due to a busted pipe. Insufficient signage led me to finally find a door to get into a crowded entry that had a small front desk. The room was unkempt and was not a suite as I had booked. Layout was unappealing and white pillow covers were tinged yellow.

We ensured the safety of the guests and the situation at hand before we could print and post signage. I understand that you reserved a kitchenette, and I regret that it fell short of your expectations. I thoroughly investigated your concerns by cross-referencing them with your Expedia booking details and the specific room assigned to you. It's important to note that you booked the room type we assigned you to, and it seems your dissatisfaction stemmed from the room type rather than its condition, compounded by the unfortunate emergency situation.To address your dissatisfaction, a refund was promptly issued since your stay did not materialize. Unforseen and unavoidable circumstances
The staff dud the absolute best they could under the sub zero temperatures. With hickey teams staying, it can always be a hastle. And on top of that, the pool was closed, and it was minus 50. They had pipes freeze, dryers freeze, front automatic doors freeze, and they worked through with a smile on their face. They did their best to with all that going on, still ensure we were having a good trip. They even had a main pipe burst right in the front entrance. I felt so bad for the staff and i want to say i give them so much kudos. Hats off to them all.

Evening staff were great. Asked for a late check out and had housekeeping banging and standing at the door a few minutes earlier than they should have. Front desk clerk did not even acknowledge us or say goodbye or thanks for staying…. Pool and slide was fun. Good breakfast.

The hot breakfast is mini! Like mini hashbrowns that take forever to cook and only enough for a few people at a time and mini pancakes that come out 2 at a time but manager won't turn them up to have bigger ones so have to wait 3 times to get enough!

The pancakes should come out four at a time equaling one large pancake. The children enjoy the mini pancakes but I understand if they only come out two at a time how frustrating that would be. I will check with my breakfast staff to see if the setting was changed as this is the first complaint I’ve heard about the machine. In regards to the hash browns, we generally only put them out when we’re slow as they do take a little longer to cook. We switch up the hot foods daily and try to match fast cooking items with higher occupancy days.Thank you for your valuable feedback. Staff were very friendly. Very good continental breakfast. Hotel was clean. Room had a bit of a funky smell when we first checked in, but opened the window for a bit and then it was ok for the rest of the trip.
