The pancakes should come out four at a time equaling one large pancake. The children enjoy the mini pancakes but I understand if they only come out two at a time how frustrating that would be. I will check with my breakfast staff to see if the setting was changed as this is the first complaint I’ve heard about the machine. In regards to the hash browns, we generally only put them out when we’re slow as they do take a little longer to cook. We switch up the hot foods daily and try to match fast cooking items with higher occupancy days.Thank you for your valuable feedback.
