The space
*Boats and canoes are available for hire from Hobbs Boatyard, in Henley on Thames.

Our living area is bright and inviting, including comfortable sofas, cushions, coffee table, a wood burning stove, DVD player, Netflix, 4 televisions - 3 downstairs and 1 in the upstairs bedroom, free wi-fi of course included!

You’ll be able to access the private garden where you can grab some fresh air, and it has an outside table and chairs with a fire pit. We would allow a hot tub hire as long as all setup and removal process is complete before checkout and garden is tide. Enjoy a beautiful stay!

The cinema area being at one end of the lounge, it offers the ultimate entertainment at home, just enjoying your favourite movies with your family and friends in the tranquil space.

This recreation room is a relaxing and fun space for everyone. It features a pool table and the Klask board game, perfect for entertaining.

-- Dedicated Home Office --
Laptop friendly workspace with good lighting. It has a leather office chair and you can work from home easier. A fair number of books for reading pleasure.

-- Kitchen and Dining Room --
The house has a large country kitchen with sofas and an island and this is a lovely room for cooking and socializing simultaneously, with a beautiful beamed dining room leading off the kitchen.

The kitchen is well equipped with cutlery & utensils, pots & pans along with all the appliances you will need during your stay, including a coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, hobs, fridge & freezer, and dishwasher.

The dining room has a glass dining table with 8 chairs. There is also a treadmill here.

You can find the washing machine and a separate dryer in the utility room.

Beautiful fields directly opposite the house, affording lovely countryside walks, and offering far reaching views of the countryside from the driveway, upstairs landing and one of the bedrooms.

-- Cleaning and Disinfection --
Our professional housekeeping team will change and provide fresh bed linens between guests, including duvet covers, bedsheets, pillowcases, bath sheets, hand towels and tea towel, and they are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations.

During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
